I ordered a couple of tops in late November with shipping estimate of December 25-22. It is now January 3 and I just got a note that my items are being prepared for shipment with the same shipping estimate.
I've tried to cancel the order and they claim item is shipped. It's been very frustrating to deal with customer service and get any help. I'm no longer at the address for receipt of the package so even if delivered I cannot pick it up to return. So disappointing. Do not buy from Rotita and expect prompt shipment.

I purchased 3 Christmas tops on Nov 20 with the expectation of being received by Dec 9, based on the information their website stated (well enough before Christmas). Here it is Dec 30, still hasn't left their "partner" shipping company and cannot get a refund, told multiple times "please wait a few days, we have accelerated the delivery for you". I have requested a refund numerous times with no success. They constantly state it's been shipped, but USPS has not received any shipment in their hands yet. I believe this is scam and can't get any refund or answer from this company.
I've been using Rotita for some time now. The last order I placed was split in two and so a partial order was shipped. For several weeks there was no undate on the rest of my items and they remain unshipped. I've made several attempt to gather information on the status of the order and was advised constantly to wait a few more days. The last communication I had with a customer care representative, I asked a question regarding cancellation and how it worked and the agent just went ahead without my consent and processed in cancelling my order. I don't think the agents understand clearly what is been asked or what is been expected of them and that is quite frustrating. I would reccomend that the agents who struggle to understand some or most languages seek help from someone who understands clearly what the customer needs.
This is got to be the worse on line to order from. I ordered 2 tops for my daughters for Christmas they came Friday Dec 23rd which was great. But when I opened the package looked at the tops they WERE HUGE. I ordered both in a large, they fit like a x large. So that kind of messed up with the gift giving. I have been trying to get hold of someone for a refund. Get a return label to send back. It's worse then having teeth pulled! I was told I would have to pay for the label at 9.99, then a restock fee of 7.99 then you only receive 60% of your refund money! If this isn't a scam I don't know what is! Worse part about this whole ordeal is this was my 1st time doing a online shopping. I was always leary about stuff like this! Such a shame how a company can run a business like this. Sorry SCAMMING LYING GOOD FOR NOTHING COMPANY! JUST WONDERING HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN SCAMMED AND HOW MUCH MONEY ROTITA HAS MADE OFF OF US BEING DISHONEST. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The clothes I ordered were all exactly as described, I love every piece, good quality as well. There was the free add on missing, I didn't really care, but customer service immediately followed up. Great service!

I tried to collect from this company after shipping the product. They have an electronic answering machine that tells the same over and over. I hope people will understand that is a company overseas that will scam any one Good luck with returns
I will never buy again from this company again, I was under the impression the item was coming from the USA, but it actually comes from China...I swore to myself I would never buy anything coming from China because of all the bad experiences I've had with them concerning returns.
SHIPPING is wayyyy tooooo long. I ordered on nov. 30th, 2022 and item still hasn't arrived (Dec. 20th, 2022)...the shipping info is a big lie...7-10 days...haha, do the math.
Hoping to receive the item B 4 Christmas otherwise, even if I don't get a full refund, it will be a definite return...

In October I ordered a red sequined blouse to wear to my grandson's wedding in December and then hopefully our annual Christmas party. I was told via email it would arrive no later than November 28. It didn't come until last week so therefore I was unable to wear it to my grandsons wedding. When it did arrive and I tried it on, and I was very disappointed with it. The fabric is heavy and the size too large.
I needed to return one of the 3 bathing suits I purchased, and customer service was extremely helpful.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
