I ordered a 2nd top which was sent to me in Ponderay, ID. By EMS-LS America Minipak. It was impossible for me to track this package and I never received updates. I will never order from you again because I refuse to use that delivery service again.
I ordered three bathing suits, two XXL are beautiful love them. The third one I ordered an XL and found it a bit tight, it was a different style from the other two but over all I would order again from here. Paided for Fast shipping and was here in two weeks.
I placed an order for my wife on December 2 and the online receipt stated I would receive it by December 31 at the latest. Well it has been in Woodridge, Illinois since December 28. It is now January 11. Many chats with customer service saying I will receive it ASAP. Don't think so. Horrible!

I must say the clothes were exactly as pictured and the sizing was perfect.

I purchased the Geometric print long sleeve black dress. The model display this dress with belt, when I received my Oder and tried the dress on it had No belt. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed because there's not one display of the dress featured without the belt. The on line chat staff was absolutely no help when I chatted numerous time telling them I order the dress that comes with black belt with the white stitching on it. All I ask for them is to send me the correct dress and they wanted me to pay $9 to return the dress that I feel I shouldn't have to pay since I didn't receive the dress with the belt. I ordered 6 pairs of the high waisted floral design shorts that Rotita advertises as being made of 82% nylon and 18% spandex (reference "Composition" in first attachment). When I received the shorts, the composition of the material was 65% POLYESTER and 35% cotton (reference the second attachment of the label that is sewed in the shorts). I returned the 6 pairs of shorts that Rotita falsely advertised for a refund. However, after numerous online chats with Rotita's reps, the company refused to fairly pay for the returned shipment by keeping a rather odd portion ($35.80) of my total refund due to their intentional "error" of shipping a different type of material of clothing in which I did not specifically order. This company, like many other Asia Pacific clothing companies, is corrupt without any integrity. Buyers: Please SHOP WISELY and when you see any ad for ROTITA... run, run fast, because if you don't, they will run faster with YOUR money!
Purchased 2 exact the same size dresses, one fitted PERFECTLY, and the other was about 2 sizes too small, I checked the sizing just to make sure they sent the correct sizes, and they did. The parcel was sent from Sydney, but I had to have a TRACKED parcel-return to AMERICA...they recommend that I use a carrier, i.e. DHL, or similar. When checking on the cost, it was at least $125.00+. So I went to the local PO and had to pay $52.80 for express shipping with tracking. I received an 80$ refund...I was NOT allowed to return to SYDNEY. It HAD TO BE TO AMERICA.

I ordered a couple of tops in late November with shipping estimate of December 25-22. It is now January 3 and I just got a note that my items are being prepared for shipment with the same shipping estimate.
I've tried to cancel the order and they claim item is shipped. It's been very frustrating to deal with customer service and get any help. I'm no longer at the address for receipt of the package so even if delivered I cannot pick it up to return. So disappointing. Do not buy from Rotita and expect prompt shipment.

I purchased 3 Christmas tops on Nov 20 with the expectation of being received by Dec 9, based on the information their website stated (well enough before Christmas). Here it is Dec 30, still hasn't left their "partner" shipping company and cannot get a refund, told multiple times "please wait a few days, we have accelerated the delivery for you". I have requested a refund numerous times with no success. They constantly state it's been shipped, but USPS has not received any shipment in their hands yet. I believe this is scam and can't get any refund or answer from this company.
I've been using Rotita for some time now. The last order I placed was split in two and so a partial order was shipped. For several weeks there was no undate on the rest of my items and they remain unshipped. I've made several attempt to gather information on the status of the order and was advised constantly to wait a few more days. The last communication I had with a customer care representative, I asked a question regarding cancellation and how it worked and the agent just went ahead without my consent and processed in cancelling my order. I don't think the agents understand clearly what is been asked or what is been expected of them and that is quite frustrating. I would reccomend that the agents who struggle to understand some or most languages seek help from someone who understands clearly what the customer needs.

Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
