Everytime I wear a RoTiTa piece of clothing, I receive a compliment and an inquiry of where I purchased it.
I have always had a good experience, returning or exchanging is easy. The free shipping makes it affordable for me. I love the swim suits and have ordered for my 96 yr. Old mother, daughter and grand daughter and my self. The plus sixes are the greats I've ever seen.
Delivery took forever. I kept 1 of three items ordered and am very satisfied with it. One item was returned because it was not good for my body type the other I loved style but material was flimsy. Had trouble filling out return info. Sent it off just hope I get proper credit. I would think twice about ordering again.

There was a long delay with receiving this order. Order placed on October 28, but was not received until January. Other order placed after this one was received before this one. Not sure what happenned.
On my first time ordering from ROTITA, it was so nice to discover Beatiful Clothes and Excellent Prices but the most I Liked it's the fact of Size Chart; it's REALLY TRUE TO SIZE. I'M DELIGHTED!
Ordered a swim top but it was too small so I ordered a larger size. On the website I requested a label to return the first top and was given the option of a store credit or refund. I picked credit. Got the return label and sent it off without the need to cover postage. The new top came and fits great! I love all the colorful swim sets and the mix and match options. There is a wonderful variety of bottoms too and I got one that resembles bike shorts, complete with pockets! Thanks Rotita for your great selection and service.
I order Nov 18 well before the Christmas rush. You did not ship till December 10 and then It was not received here till January 10. If you are not going to ship till the items are 3 quarters paid for then tell your customers this in the first place. Even though you took months not days to get it here I would still like to order your products as they are great quality and beautiful material and fit well.

I was a bit dubious shopping with Rotita as it was an ad on instagram as I thought pricing was too good to be true and garments would arrive too small or poor quality - I couldn't have been more wrong. The garments are made with excellent material with high quality finish, would recommend to all and definitely buy from again.
