This is my first time ordering from Rotita and I'm pleased with my purchase. Clothes are well made and sizing so far is on point. Keep it up Rotita!
Clothes that were purchased were striking! Unfortunately, sizes run WAAAAYYYY large. I returned all items because they were too large, hoping to exchange them for smaller sizes. Only 1 item was able to be exchanged; the 1 item that was exchanged for a smaller size (medium) is still too large. The other 5 or 6 items were refunded. I do like the majority of your styles; unfortunately, due to the sizing issues, etc., Rotita may not be a "good fit" for me.
All my bathing suits fit perfectly and they are as beautiful as I expected! Thank you!
Once my order was placed I received a confirmation with pictures. These pictures were deceiving because I bought 2 swimsuits but there were 3 pictures, both swimsuits plus a picture of the bottom of one of them. This made me think I had made a mistake. After sending a ticket I received an answer explaining that the order was ok.
It's now Feb 10th and the order is still not out? Why is it taking so long.
Items as describe, true to size and fast shipping. I love to buy from Rotita.
After getting my order, I was very disappointed as it was totally not what it appeared on the advertisement. But after stating my concerns and dissatisfaction with your representative it all worked out and credit was refunded to my card. They were very helpful and sympathetic to my concern.

The product is great but when you have to return something you get the run around. I shipped some stuff back from Canada Dec 1/22. It was recieved by their recieving department December 8/22 as per my tracking company. It cost me $50.00 to return this through Canada post. It is February 8/23 and I still don't have my money and now I don't have my cloths. Very very unhappy customer!

Ordered from Rotita as I thought they were located in Canada, only to find out that they are indeed from China...I was worried that the items would be low quality, and the sizes not true (previous experience)...however I was very surprised to find the swimsuits that I ordered were indeed fantastic, and the sizing was perfect. I did have to send one suit back because it didnt suit me, it cost $20+ to ship it, but I was refunded quickly.
I am very pleased with my products and especially happy at the short amount of time it was for them to arrive.
I order 4 swimsuits and I am so happy I did! All 4 are extremely comfortable, flattering and are very pretty. They ran true to size, mine were Large and I am a size 12.
