Ordered several swimsuits in January. One was delivered promptly but the website states that the order is in processing. I had on online chat twice to determine delivery status and they simply stated that the order was being processed. The second call I asked to cancel the order but they said it was shipped and could not be canceled. Unable to cancel the order because it was shipped but it was not shipped... it is still at this time being processed.
When we ordered items we're supposed to be here Feb 3. Our trip started on the 6. Items kep getting delayed so trip was over by time they finally got here. All items fit bigger, the material on bathing suit bottoms are almost see through. So will not buy them or recommend them again.

I ordered 2 bathing suits but wanted a different pair of bottoms. I was able to open a request online and replace one bottom with one I wanted. Tina responded to my request and it was done. Great clothes and service.

Mu name is Judi fera and I sent my bathing suit back 2 weeks ago and we sent tracking number to you after we paid for return to you by canada post. We sent to New Jersey as requested. We still have not received my credit for $ 84.85. PLEASE send me my credit. Judi Fera. 968 5th line east, sault ste. Marie. Ontario p6a 6j8. It was paid through American express and I also paid $20.00 postage to return it. I have received no information action at all.
