I have ordered a month ago and never received my order, I tried to call, but all I get is the answering machine. Live Chat on the page is a joke. I have emailed twice and never received an answer. I will never order from this site again and will inform paypal about the scam. Don't do business with Rotita.

This company is a total ripoff. If you want your money back, contact your credit card company. And file a claim thru them. These people are a joke. They ignored me till I contacted paypal. Then when they offered a refund they supplied a fraudulent return address. Can't get a refund without supplying a tracking number, and I can't supply one without a return address... losers
A coworker told me about this site and I thought I was in heaven cause it was cheap. I ordered a dress and received a tracking number. I then received another email stating it had been shipped. Not sure how the site got linked to my Facebook but that's when I started seeing the negative reviews. I was skeptical but just like Amazon I knew my order would take sometime. I ordered on 1/6/15 got the email it had been shipped on 1/8/15. I viewed it every Friday for an update. I received the confirmation that it was delivered on 1/28/15 and when I checked my mailbox it was there. The dress was spandex so it fit. Semi cheap material but that was to be expected because the PRICE WAS CHEAP. Not sure what these ladies were expecting with prices so low. I would like to order again but the views are deterring me. Thank you everyone for the alerts. I was spending over £200.00 and I was trying to pay with my pay with my debit card and then it tried to make me set up a PayPal account at the same time. Strange!
I then decided as the payment would not confirm to read the reviews. Wooooow!, I have deleted my order and saved my money going down the drain.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! I ordered $400+ in clothing. I was charged twice for the same order... once on the credit card I supplied and once through PayPal. Some items were no longer available, but I was charged for the items and told to use the credit on the same website that overcharged me by $400+ dollars! This site is totally lacking in ordinary customer service. I can't even say that the customer service is bad, because there just isn't any at all! They are on off hours because they are located in China, so you cannot contact them at all. Do not do business with this company. You will get scammed!

I ordered a dress from them and it was nothing like the picture at all. It is a complete scam! It costs more to return things than to buy them. I bought a gorgeous dress and when I got it, it was literally see through pink spandex with string attached where the rhinestones and detailing were supposed to be. The only reason I gave them a one is because a negative 200 isn't possible.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. The pictures look beautiful but the reality is ugly. They have not answered any of my messages, both pre and post sale, the item was terrible quality and the wrong size, and now I am out of pocket by £63 as I can't return it - no return address given when asked for, and anyway, the recorded postage to China would be huge. I feel a fool. I am also really upset as I generally have had great experiences online as I consider myself to be careful, and this has shown me that I need to up my game.

Clothes are utter rubbish and come up far too small. Customer service told it would probably not be worth my sending items back because of the postage, and to add insult to injury they only give you 60% of you money back. If they were an English company they would not be able to get away with it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. It is just another scam to get your money, you may as well dry wearing a dish cloth they at least that would be better quality!
Product took nearly 3 weeks to be delivered and the large size ordered turns out to be a child size. The coat cannot fit any adults. And the product doesn't ship with return information. There is NO SATISFACTION GUARANTEE!
They show these beautiful clothes that look nothing like the pictures. Their sizing is horrible. I ordered a coat in a size large and it fit my 9 year old grand daughter who is a child size 14. Don't waste your time or your money.
Terrible quality and finish and you have to wait several weeks for delivery.
When you explain why the goods are being returned then ask you to take photographs!
The main thing to know is that its not worth returning them anyway because they come from China, they only offer you 60% of what you paid... and the return postage (which you are responsible for is high) negates the rest. Stay clear.

Seriously bad clothing. Bizarre shapes and sizes, can't even work out how to put on one cardigan. Website won't let me review the items I bought. They look nothing like the pictures. I'm an average size 12/14 but the medium and one size items I bought would fit a small child. Quality of some items is really dreadful.
Oh how I wish I would have listened to these reviews. Clothes were cheap and barely resembled the pictures I ordered from. Don't do it!

Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
