Bought a dress that didnt look like the picture. I asked for refund and they say they will only give me back 60% after i shipped it back to them and i have to pay for my own shipping fee. I complained saying that it was their fault for false advertisement since the dress looked nothing like the picture. Horrible customer service. Absolutely THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered an item 3 months ago and the bogus shipping information I was given has been saying that the order has been in transit this entire time. I have reached out to rotita numerous times and have been getting nothing but the run around…. "Check with your local postal office…" claiming that they entered the correct address, but when asked to repeat the address I gave them they provided me with the WRONG ADDRESS! They also tried covering up their lies saying that they put the address that I wrote down, but the United States Postal Office doesn't lie! They were able to confirm that the item associated with the tracking number that I provided was being shipped to an address that was NOT mine. Not only was it not my address, it's not even a correct address, which is why the item has been in transit for 3 months…. They refuse to give me my money back, so I paid money for an item that I never received. Absolutely horrible company. I wish I had read these reviews prior - stupid me for being so trusting. I am going to be contacting my bank to see if there is something I can do about getting my money back. I will also be reporting this company to BBB. DO NOT ORDER FROM ROTITA!

Product took 4 weeks to arrive. Item was entirely different from how it was pictured. The colour, fit, and style hardly even resembled that of the webpage image and the sizing would fit a child rather than an adult. Don't waste your money or time dealing with this company. It's almost humorous that they think they can get away with this quality of product.

But they take your money quick. Still haven't gotten what I ordered. They keep saying they have to make the item. I'm going to report this company!

Rotita.com is a fraudulent website. I used my hard earn money to buy some new dresses in the total amount of $99.95. I also payed extra for expressed shipping. On their website they stated the products will be shipped in 24hours. LIES! These thieves withdrew the $99.95 from my credit card the very first day of my order. A week had past and I still didn't get a email from them about my product being shipped. 2 weeks, nothing! I sent them numerous emails and no one got back to me. It has been over a month going on two months and they still haven't respond nor shipped my products. I am so furious because these Asia base company uses their cheap prices to rip us Americans off. Please do not ever buy from these company, if you do, you'll be very sorry like I am!
I just got a little note from Rotita saying they are going to charge me three dollar handling fee per item because they had to send it to the warehouse. That is how they are making money! Do not order from them. They do not send your order in a timely matter, and when you cancel they charge you this fictitious fee of $3 per item! Scan artist.
This website is absolutely disgraceful! Took approx 5/6 weeks for 2 items to arrive... 2 dresses, which are of very poor quality and so I began contacting them about the return process. They say they will reply within 24 hours but it took about 8 days to get a reply & I have 3 different 'ticket' communications going with them. They basically will do anything to try and retain your money... offering 60% return, giving credit for buying new items, suggest selling your new items online or gifting them to friends! They are elusive in their replies and just copy and paste the same responses over and over! AVOID THIS COMPANY! I only wish I had read the reviews before buying

Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
