I still havent received the tracking number or item even though it said it would be shipped in 24 hours! I have tried contacting them several times they keep sending me a ricket number which have been different still hav no reply or item! Please DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE AS IT IS A SCAM!

The product was actually okay but the only thing is they are not true to size I ordered an xs and it came in like the size of an medium, my store bought size smalls fits WAY better than this item did so idk whats going on with their sizing but yea other than that they are okay I guess.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Took my money in a matter of seconds and never shipped my item. 3 weeks, and 4 messages to them later they had made no effort to ship my item. After multiple requests to cancel, they are trying to charge me a handling fee... nothing was ever prepared for shipping. Almost non-existent customer service. I am glad I only spent $36.00 and not more. This place has horrible reviews all b. S. over the web and should be shut down
I thought this website was legit, since I've ordered from rose gal and received all my items within a 2 week period... but this time I ordered from rotita and it doesn't even show it was shipped. I'll give it another week and I'm canceling my order.
They will not respond, and refuse to refund. I hope someone takes this site down soon it is a scam!
I'm really not happy with this company, nothing looks like the stuff on the website I've ordered, even color is different. They do not accept any returns unless you pay for it! I've been waiting over 20 days for delivery (should be 7-15 working days), they advised me to sell it to someone else or give it to friends or family!

I placed an order for $160 over a month ago and I've still yet to receive my order. They did call me from a Skype account number to confirm my address but the order is still listed as unshipped. I submitted ticket complaint inquiring about why my order is still unshipped and I am waiting for a response. I will strongly suggest that you NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER! I am contacting Paypal to report the scam in hopes to get a refund.
I followed a link from Cookies Closet (Cookie from the hit TV show EMPIRE) on the COX cable website so I thought this was far from a scam. Placed an order and 10 days later still unshipped, so much for the 24 hour shipping policy! I also emailed and submitted help tickets. That was totally a joke! I filed a dispute with Paypal and will be posting all over the internet to get this business shutdown!

Com Sammydress.com and Rosegal.com i have already received my money back from my bank after having these charges disputed i never got my things i ordered and probably will never... I have made a formal complaint with the BBB please be careful and warn others!~ These people need to be stopped!
I just finally received my order, sizes absolutely not in accordance with European sizes as stated, quality poor, you get what you pay for and if you want a refund because the sizes don't fit (and there never do), their will advised you to sell it on eBay or donate it to charity, GREAT!

This company is just a BS set up. Ordered weeks ago and still no tracking number. I also have sent 3 tickets, emails and tried to request a refund to which the site said "refund more than money available"? What the hell does that even mean. I want BACK what you took out of my account. In entirety. Going through my bank on this one.

Please be aware when you purchase from this company their sizes are a lot smaller than UK sizes. If you complain they advise you to give the purchase to friends. Eventually they agreed to providing info to return at my cost but after failing to accept the delivery they offered a £5.00 token gesture refund. They only give a refund of 60% of the original cost so I asked for an exchange for a larger size and they want me to pay a further 40% of the original cost to exchange the items. Shocking company
I have made an order and never received the items. You cannot contact this company at all. Their phone number goes straight to an answering machine and they never reply to your emails, messages etc. I am too contact Paypal and Facebook as they should not allow this company to be advertised and trading through them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. A TOTAL RIP OFF
