If you have been scammed by this online retail company called Rotita, report the issue to Paypal's Resolution center. You can still do this even after three months of purchase and Paypal can help you get your money back. I love Paypal for this. Even in the case where they force a partial refund in you Paypal can help you get your full refund. So if you paid with Paypal dont let Rotita scam you.
If you did not pay with Paypal report to your bank ASAP and see if they can do anything about it.

I ordered a swimsuit beginning of March because i was attended panama the same week i got married got an email with a "FAKE" tracking number and "CONTACT" number... Mar 26th thru 29 i was at the beach... still without the swimsuit i ordered from them for beach... get home still not there till april 7th or 8th smh i was stupid enough to believe that it was real so i couldnt do nothing but laugh with my husband about it... but one things for sure, i dont recommend them to "ANYONE" and "I" definitely won't be ordering from them "EVER" again!

I purchased 2 bathing suits and 2 dresses, expedited shipping. The website stated the items I purchased would ship in 24 hours. What could go wrong? I did not get my order for 2 weeks. Once received, the day after I returned home from my trip.
Bathing suit # 1 was ok
Bathing suit #2 top was way too large (XXL) and bottom could fit a toddler
Dress #1 WTF! The dress was supposed to be fitted. The top portion of the dress was too small. The bottom portion flies like a wind sock. The lace appliques that is supposed to be centered is on the right and not sewn properly with excess lace hanging, cheap/poor fabric. I could say more...
Dress #2 Does not look like the dress at all. I had to go online to look at the dress again. The material is itchy. Looks as if a piece of velcro was attached and pulled off.
The Grand fianle the dress shows my wooha. Has no covering at all which would be fine if I was a street walker.

Do not buy from this site. I ordered 5 different clothing items including a jump suit. All of the fabric is very thin and the items are not made well. The shirt was coming apart at the seams and the dress looks like a cheap night gown. I tried to get a return ticket to return the items but i did not receive a response to the pictures of the items i was required to upload. Please ladies do not waste your money on this site. To submit my review i am required to give the web site one star but they do not deserve any stars.

I paid for express shipping two weeks ago and I still have not received my order the only way to communicate with them is through messages ive left my number four times asking them to call me but they keep sending messages after telling them I want a full refund like six times the finally gave a tracking number DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY I normally read reviews but thought they had really great deals never will I do that again I don't think they should get a one star rating but I have to SMH

So many bad reviews here, i was going to make a big order. Thank goodness i read all these reviews. I really think by the reviews that you are rcving it proves to you that ur business really has a problem. You really need to take care of this situation and from the looks of it your clothing is absoulutley nothing like the pictures... WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS? THATS IS CRAZY AND DEMENTED! If you can prove to me that you stand by your merchandise i will make a huge order. The clothing looks really good in the pic but ppl are posting something different. Need a response ASAP

Here I am thinking I got a great deal... it took two months to receive my items and I am very DISPLEASED UNSATISFIED and UPSET its not true to size and the size I asked for they were one size down. I usually read the reviews first but however this go round I took a chance and made a BIG MISTAKE this company needs to be SHUT DOWN. They are thieves and do a lot of false advertising DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ROTITA!

I just got an order of 3 rollers I purchased. First, let me say I found the same crap on eBay for 1/2 the price. It's typical Chinese crap. It looks nothing like it does online. Probably cost $2 to produce. The bad part about these people is that they don't send return labels, and the price to return the stuff is so costly. It's not worth buying at all! Sammy Dress is the same, as well as MayKool.com. Cheap, flea market clothing.
