DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I PLACED A ORDER AND THEY SAID IT WOULD SHIP IN 24HOURS I DIDNT GET SHIPPED UNTIL 3DAYS AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER. ONCE THE ORDER WAS SHIPPED IT TOOK 3WEEKS FOR THE CLOTHES TO GET TO ME. 1. THE CLOTHES CAME IN LIKE A HALLOWEEN CLEAR BAG. 2. THE OUT FIT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE WHAT I BOUGHT. IT WAS DEFECTED. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM TO GET A REFUND THE PERSON THAT EMAILED TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD BE EASIER TO JUST GIVE IT TO SOMEONE( MAYBE THEY MISSED THE PART ABOUT ME SAYING IT WAS DEFECTIVE). 3. I ordered the green jacket with faux fur lining. It came damaged. They are doing nothing to help with an exchange, or return. Only offering a small credit to my next purchase. No thanks! I don't recommend this company. Not worth it.

HORRIBLE COMPLETE SCAM!
The clothes looked lovely online. When they arrived they were VERY cheap and WAY too small, even though I had ordered larger than my normal size. I need to send it all back. They went round and round about this even though none of the clothes have been worn. They are insisted
I pay to ship back to China
I also pay for their shipping to me
AND THEY WILL STILL THEN ONLY REFUND ME 60% OF MY MONEY.
The clothes are worthless to me (and none of my friends would wear such cheap stuff) so I am taking my chances in the vain home of getting a little money back... watch this space.

This is one of the most TERRIBLE AWFUL places to order from. They get your money and then string you along with long drawn out delivery dates. They sent me an email and said that my item was out of stock and then I asked for my money back And was told that I had to pay a cancellation fee. And they have fake tracking no.'s. Words cannot express my dismay and distrust and DISGUST WITH THIS CO. I would advise anyone BUYER BEWARE. GO ELSEWHERE!

I am very aware of these kind of online stores that are based in China. They are notorious for shipping items that are not in resale condition. I did get lucky with the two items that I ordered, but I KNOW that these items were way over priced even for the cheap price that I paid. I ordered two dresses, thank goodness both are wearable, but I will not order from them again. The items were over priced for the value. Their clothes are definitely cheap and you will be better off going to a local Asian store in a strip mall that you can try on and see what you are actually getting. The pictures look way better than the actual garment. I am sure it all depends on what you order, but I would guess that majority is cheap, polyester, thin cottons and just not worth your money.

My first review was about the inability to unsubscribe my email.
One of their customer service people, via Sitejabber, said if I contacted her via the support email address she would unsubscribe me.
I surely don't need to write the detail of what happened next?
She did nothing, I am still unsubscribed and their emails go straight to my spam email box.
I would say to everyone - like most of the reviews below - don't get involved with this outfit - you can't call them a serious trading business - quite the opposite.
Why give your money to people who don't earn it - there are plenty of charities for that.

Horrible disaster

My daughter prom dresses was big ugly and poor material ugly and not like the picture. I have to go to the store and spend more money to buy her a dress for her prom. The jewelry I order didn't come I will never order from them again please don't order from them

Stay AWAY!

Do not waste your money or time with these people. The clothes are not what they appear to be. I ordered two items from this company and the thread was pulled when I opened the package. Both items were super damaged and thin. I emailed them wanting a return address so I could get a refund. They told me to sale it on my own and they would offer me a partial refund. Their return policy clearly states that they offer FULL refunds if the item is damaged. I even sent them pictures like they required. They then told me to have their damaged material altered! What kind of company is this? It's ridiculous. Please take it from me and save your money and headache. Rotita will NEVER EVER receive any more of my money! RIPOFF!

If you want some shady services, go ahead and head unto Rotita.com. I had purchased a dress for my prom coming up from their site. But, being rushed and careless, I made a stupid mistake. After a few days of imagining the dress and feeling satisfied, I questioned it and searched up some reviews on the site. "Scam & Cheap." were the main things I've seen about it. There is really no good review at all, and mines is not one either. I wanted to cancel, so I sent a request(ticket) to cancel the order. I check their return policy and looked at the bottom. They will not give you a full refund after 12 hours of your purchased. You're left with a charge of 3 bucks. Seriously. I could buy 3 hash browns from McDonalds with that money. Save yourselves before you get scammed, my precious hash brown money is forever gone and I can not fulfill my breakfast the same way no more. I don't like you, Rotita.

I ordered items from their site and later that day, something told me to go check out reviews and I found this site. My instincts were correct, but I waited too late. I requested a refund from the company the same day that I purchased the items and all I got was the run around. Messages about how my order was in processing and would take a few days to prepare and ship out. After a few days of this nonsense, I called my bank and they took care of the issue. I would suggest that PayPal stop dealing with this company immediately. Also, if they know they are shipping to Western countries, why are they sending items that are made for Asian women!

I just received a jumpsuit I ordered online from Rotita, and I AM PISSED! The material looks as if it should be used to make CHEAP Halloween costumes! It's an EXTRA LARGE, ALL LIES! IT'S TINY, NOT THE MATERIAL SHOWN, NOT THE DESIGN SHOWN, FLIMSY, SEE THROUGH MATERIAL! EXTREMELY LITTLE, NOTHING LIKE PICTURED! Wish I would have read the reviews BEFORE ordering!
