I ordered a swimsuit almost three weeks ago. Was told it would be here in 5-7 days. IM STILL WAITING ON IT. Where is it at? I've tracked it and it said it was still in China! If I don't have it soon I will be talking to my lawyer and resputing it at the bank.

Don't order from them. They false advertise. And when u reach out to them it takes more effort than u can imagine to understand why the website says one thing and what u order takes something different. Don't do it. I been waiting 5 weeks for an order. And what they told me exact. "Well good luck".
I ordered a dress. The dress i received was without a lining or a tag for care instructions, and size. The dress was also the wrong color and fabric. The dress i ordered was cream colored, i received a pink dress. Upon anticipation of the dress i purchased jewelry and shoes. Regretfully nothing matches the dress which feels like slippery pajamas. I will not order again or recommend the site to ANY of my friends or customers.

Ordered myself a prom dress of this website as it was the only place i could find it, worst choice I have ever made! The dress came after a month of ordering, it was also see through, not even a size that fitted even though its what they advised on their website. I tried to get a refund but they're telling me to pay $30 to send it back and then they will only refund 40% of it. - Worst service ever - DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

Ordered 5 items from this company only 2 any good yellow lace dress lining that short you could see my bottom. Top that was supposed to be fits all is way to tight and one dress looked disgusting on. Wish I had of read reviews before I purchased. Refunded a small portion of my money as credit bought a top for my daughter but will never use them again.

Order a oversized jumpsuit in a large got the item and is fits my daughter and she's a size small and it still wasn't oversized. I knew I was ordering a cheap item but this was a mess. They had the nerve to offer me a $5.00 refund and I paid $20.00. I donated that mess to Goodwill.

My wife religiously buys from this site and gets good stuff that is fashionable for a good price. It arrives in about a week. She always says Americans are fashion challenged and she never finds anything in the malls that come close to what she finds here. Don't worry Rotita if you see a few bad reviews, I am sure there would be some people that is pissed off about the process even if you gave them the cloths.
Well from the reviews and from what my sister has told me. I'm glad I haven't ordered. I would just pick what I like and have my friend to make it for me, this is sad and the shipping cost more than the item... WTF! O HECK NAW never my sister dress had a hole and too small its made for only Asians

The dress doesn't look anything like the picture, but I surprisingly put it on and it was very pretty, however, I couldn't zip the back up. It was a nice dress however and even though the dress looked crumped-up, it didn't look that bad. I think the material will match the price, as the prices are cheaper, the material won't be great. Over it is all good, but I do not like the fact that the dress didn't really look like the picture.
Okay So I Ordered a 2 piece dress and was scared i wouldnt get it or that it would be messed up, so i waited about 2 1/2 weeks and my order came. I got happy but was nervous because of the bad reviews. I opened my package and my dress was very nice. The things i didnt like was how the undergarments were shown and how the material was for the top piece. I only tried it for the first time just to see if these comments were right. Well i can say i got my moneys worth and its a nice piece but it could have been better. Dont let these bad reviews scare you. I am over all satisfied because i didnt think i would get anything back. So for my first try i am happy as hell they didnt take my money and run lol. NOW i aint saying ill come back and shop because i feel i got lucky and this was not the correct website i was originally supposed to order from but it was okay. I had ZERO idea that I was ordering from freaking China. Obviously their sizes are different from American sizes. I order an item and did not fit. The site is refusing to give me a refund and they are avoiding my question regarding where on the site it says that we ( the customers) are ordering from china? This company and all the other names it goes under are rubbish. Cheap, nasty clothes. They don't despatch within time scales stated. Refunds are difficult to get and you never get a full refund. My dress arrived damaged and the damage was right on the front of the dress and there was no way when it was packed that it could not have been spotted.
I really don't know how this company/companies are still allowed to trade on the Internet.

ROTITA clothes is rubbish. My cousin bought two dresses from them a couple of days ago, when she received her delivery, she was in tears. The dresses were nothing like what shows on the site. We are both very disappointed with the poor quality.

Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
