Ordered $200 worth of clothes for a work trip.
Nothing came.
FInally I called and they said it shipped, but it was after their policy and timeline ( I paid express shipping) and the sent it wayyyy later AGAINST my want as I had to purchase other clothes for my trip.
I tried to return and they then tried to bill me shipping and return fee.
But I couldn't refuse the order because shipments have to go back to a different address.
Clothes are here in a box that fit a china doll and are sooo cheap and SEE THROUGH.
And now my credit card was just billed another $200 for them 3 months later.
Beyond angry.
No need for my Order ID as they don't care about resolving this. The emails I got form them always avoided the problem and made no English sense.
I placed an order for a dress, all I received was an e mail saying that they took the money out my account. And I have yet to receive my dress. I've been calling the number and no answer and I even e mailed them to get an update or at least know if the item was or will be shipped. It's very disappointing especially since the dress I ordered was for a special event.
IT IS A TOTAL SCAM. NOBODY CONTACTS YOU AND THEY WILL NOT GET TO YOU AT ALL. I BOUGHT A DRESS FROM THERE AND IT LOOKED ABSOLUTELY LIKE NOTHING OF WHAT I ORDERED. CHINA $#*!ING SUCKS. WHAT A JOKE NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANYTHING HERE. PEOPLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I ordered a dress from them that looked beautiful on there website ( white lace dress) I even got express shipping because I needed it for a event I was attending when it arrived it looked as if I could have made the damn dress my self. It was awful!
After a good while, I finally got the swim suit, and being totally honest with all of you and it's not as bad as all of the other reviews have said, it's okay. I say order from them, but you have to be patient because it will take about a month and a half to come, if you have the time then go for it, it's just sucks that I had ordered another swimsuit the day before it had actually came but it's fine

I placed an order for a swim suit. I thought I'd play it safe and use one of my credit cards that I knew didn't have much space on it just in case and thank God I did that cuz w/in a week, someone used it to order $68 worth of stuff from a store in FL via the internet. Thankfully I have good fraud protection and they got the expiration date wrong and the order was declined. I will never order from this place every again and if you want to be safe, you wouldn't order from here either. When I sent an email about it, all I get is an email saying that I chose the slowest mode of shipment and to wait. Nobody acknowledged that I said my credit card info was stolen.

Just as previously indicated too small, cheap material and not what is on their website. I wish I would have kept my money. I ordered 3 dresses for my daughters graduation and can't wear any of them. They should be forced to take their website down. I am so serious about how this garbage they sent me.
So the dress I ordered looked more like a cheap & nasty halloween costume then a formal gown! Looked nothing like the picture at all! I wouldnt recommend this site to anyone all I can say is CHEAP & NASTY!

I ordered two swim suits Wednesday and i still havent got the shipping details and they claimed it was 24 hour shipping and the number is not even vaild everytime i call it says its private or something and i needed this Monday morning i sent them a email and if its not there by tomorrow morning i want my money back. Never again ordering off this site again save your money

Placed 2 separate orders. My first order the dress came different print from what was pictured. Cute but not what I expected. The second order the dress looks cheap not very good quality and one dress waaayyyy too small.
When trying to submit a ticket online, ticket can not be processed. Each order took about 3 1/2 weeks shipping.

I ordered a large in a bikini. What arrived would have fitted an 8 yr old!. Even though the model in the picture had a large bust. When I tried it on. The cups were the size of postage stamps!

I ordered 3 things 2 of the same thing just different colours and they were one size fits all. I suggest if your any larger than a 10 to avoid ordering one size fits all they are very small. I also got a jacket and that is perfect and fits fine. There are sizing in the description of most of the clothes just keep an eye on those and maybe go up a size of your unsure. My delivery was within the 10 days like I choose and I'm in rural areas so sometimes things take longer.the quality is ok, you get what you pay for, it's stitched and made fine the fabric was just a bit thinner than expected. I am going to buy from them again.
I ordered 3 dresses from them and only one of them looked like the picture the other two look nothing like the picture and the are made out of very cheap fabric I talked to customer service about the issue and they were very nice but didn't offer to refund my money or anything. I won't order from them again.
I placed an order received tracking number but when I entered on website USPS it says not correct tracking number, so I called USPS gave them tracking number was told same thing it does not appear! UGH frustrating! Sent email but I want an answer and no phone number for customer service rediculous

I have ordered from rotita 6 items(stupid me) that came in 2 lots... I received 2 items and after I complained received the other 4.
I wouldn't even want my dog to wear your staff! It smells. The quality is $#*!(plastic) and nothing looked like the picture! What a scam! Never ever ever again!

This site is a joke. After one month of waiting for my order i received the most low quality, cheap, plastic feeling, costume looking piece of fabric, it doesnt even deserve to be called clothes. It feels as if your wrapping yourself with a shower curtain or a trash bag. Very disapointing!
Worst company I have ever ordered anything from! Thank god I didn't spend that much and I'm literally throwing it in the garbage! First and last time I order anything from any of these stores! There's a lot of them on here like Rotita. Be careful before you order! Everything is tiny, short and would fit a kid and I did go up a size in both things I ordered just in case! The material is the cheapest, ugly, shiny stretch and would shrink in a second. Horrible, horrible! Lesson learned!
I ordered a dress in this website which I've seen in other sites and for the price I thought it was a bargain. When I received it I thought it was a joke. The dressed looked and felt like a holloween costume. The fabric was garbage. I mean I know for the price I wasn't expecting to get the best material but I never expected to get what I received. It's an embarrassment to even send such a product to a customer. If this had an option for 0 I would rate this site a 0.
The garment I ordered was size medium but it wouldn't have fit a five year old. The material was nothing like it was described and appears highly flammable. It looked like it had been made by a child and trying to return it was impossible. They provide you with a code but no instructions and no return address. If eventually you manage to get a return address then you have to use recorded delivery at your own expense and they only refund 60% of the cost of the item... its easier to bin the item. I'm appalled this company are allowed to trade...

Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
