My leopardprint dress has arrived and the flowy design skirt part which I have received is not as in the photo which shows a pleated design. My chiffon dress shows a sculptured hem line and looks white in the photo. Fabric and look, looks completely different. Summer romper looks poorer than the photo. I did receive 2 items which were the wrong cut. However I did receive 3 items which I will be keeping

Babmd business. Horrible service. Items does not appear the same. I place two orders in feb, but sud not revieve them until the end of March and early April. They items were mostly made of the same material (plastic or something) and they are too small. I ordered everything large. And I did not get everything I ordered. They do not have a US contact number. Only email responses. They will not try to give you a refund. Only store credit.

I ordered a dress for my daughters prom a month ago I have two inquiries I have put in that I have not received my purchase. From reading other reviews I'm glad I did use PayPal. This is ridiculous how and why in the world are they still in business! From reading all the reviews this doesn't make any sense!

I ordered a dress from this company based off of the price and the picture for my daughter on March 24,2015. When I ordered the dress, I did not receive a confirmation #, so thinking I did something wrong, I ordered it a 2nd time in the same day. Once I figured it out, I just thought, once the dress was delivered, I would just return the 2nd dress. However, once the dresses were delivered, on the same day of course, the dress was NOTHING and I mean NOTHING like the picture. I should have known... especially since the dress was just $35.00. Foolish of me to think this was a reputable company, when I tried to return the unopened package via the email process, I received a response from a representative of Rotita, stating "because it was your fault for ordering the dress twice, you lose out on a refund". Are you serious? I can't return this unopened package!? WOW... Have you ever heard of such? Who does that? I'm in the process of returning the 1st dress (opened package), their asking for a picture of the dress. What difference does it make? You are false advertising and ripping people off! This is crazy! So please don't make the same mistake I made in trusting them. When you see their name... RUN FOREST RUN! Sincerely, regretful

HIGH WAY ROBBERY!

MY SISTER PURCHASED 2 DRESSES AND A PAIR OF SHOES. AND THEN ANOTHER DRESS. ALL WAS PURCHASED ON FEBRUARY 9TH AND WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD BE SHIPPED WITHIN 24HRS. AFTER WAITING FOR OVER A MONTH, SHE DIDNT GET THE 1ST DRESSES UNTIL MARCH 20TH AND THE SHOES WAS NOT IN IT. WHEN CONTACTED THEM (AFTER ABOUT 6 TICKETS AND NO CONTACTS WITH THE "LIVE CHAT") THEY FINALLY TOLD ME THE SHOES WAS OUT OF STOCK. WE ASKED FOR A REFUND EVRY DAY, BUT AFTER HUNDREDS OF TICKETS LATER, THEY TOLD ME IT'S IN A STORE CREDITS. AND THE 3RD DRESS SHE PAID SHIPPING FOR, DIDNT COME UNTIL ALMOSTA MONTH. IT'S FRUSTRATING DEALING WITH THEM. RUN AS FAR AS U CAN FROM THESE PEOPEL... AND OH. THE DRESSES? THEY DIDNT FIT AND SHE BOUGHT 2 SIZES THAN HER NORMAL SIZE AND THEY WERE STILL SMALL. I order 3 dresses for work and they were received very quickly. When I opened the package they were such thin material I would be scared to wash them. I tried them on and I typically wear a small but I purchased medium just to be safe. I couldn't fit the dresses over my head they were so small. I do t know who they expect to wear their clothes. So I asked to return them. And this was the answer I got:

But it is not worthwhile for you to return according our return policy, you should bear the shipping fee back, it is so expensive and you should wait a long time. As for the one you received, if you really cannot wear them, I suggest giving others as a gift or selling them on line. You will sell them at good price. How about we send you some compensation in your user center, you can use it next time. Pls advise

AM Really UPSET. I MADE A PURCHASE ON MARCH 1,2015 and pay for shipping still haven't receive my items. They don't have contact number. They have where you have to write up a ticket to get in contact with you. They told me it will take 2_3 weeks. I still didn't get a tracking number. Or anything. I ordered a sweater - it said one size. They say on the site that one size is for medium but its a liberal size. I am a medium, i. E., size 12 in Australia which I think is a US 8 or 10. The garment MIGHT fit an average 10 year old girl.

The jumper was described as beige and looked lovely on the website. It's a harsh course fabric and a horrible oatmeal colour and is basically a rag. There is no recourse because the conditions say the buyer pays for the postage back to China. The site operates under a number of different names so BEWARE.

Never order from this site! They use other sites also w/different names. They are over in China. No number to reach them other than email. They might email you back if you persistent!
Not good quality clothes. They WILL NOT give you refund, so you might as well forget it. The company said "it's too expensive to get refund back" " they will compensate with next order"
I will never order from them again. There will never be a next order! Just $150 I lost!

I ordered my items on March 20,2015 and paid an extra fee for shipping. The site stated that my package would arrive in 6-7 business days worldwide. After the initial week, no package. I contacted the company/put in a ticket. Nothing... I tried to do an online chat. No response. The online chat asks for your email and name first. So, after I realized I was being ignored, the I put in a fake email and fake name. Lo and behold, someone answered this time. They told me that it would take 3 weeks to receive my package. I explained that I paid for expedited shipping. They told me to email *******@rotita.com... Still no package, no response. Was going to use this for vacation, but items did not arrive in time. Horrible company. I will return the items when they get here immediately and request a full refund.

HORRIBLE

Have to request permission to return items that were described as "poor quality" BY THE COMPANY when I expressed no interest in the items. Was given a shipping address to return the items and agreement to reimburse and then continually told they never received the item, even though I had a confirmation postal tracking number, and that I wouldn't be reimbursed. ABSOLUTE waste of money and horrible costumer service

The dress I bought was the ugliest thing I had ever seen - threads were hanging off, the stitching was a shame and I don't know what the material was. I spent $18, it arrived after three weeks from China, I threw it in the trash. Little disappointed, the dress looked beautiful on the website, I really wanted it - Also their size chart was completely off, I ordered a small and it wouldn't even have fitted a petite junior - I give it no stars!

Frustration!

I could of known better, if it's to good to be true, if probably is. I made 3 orders on 3 different sites which all end up to be the same thing. Rotuta among others have completely duped me and many others. No real number to call and the cloths they sell isn't even cloths! It's old linens sewed up together!

This site is absolutely terrible. I ordered a jumpsuit and didnt recieve a track number until a month later after i complained. O asked to cancel and they ignored me. I recieved my package and it looked NOTHING like what I ordered. I asked for a refund and they tried to give me a $6 store credit to compensate for their mistake! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! No stars!
