I should have done my homework first before ordering from this place. Apparently I'm not the only unpleased customer. I ordered a patriotic dress to wear on my birthday for Fourth of July, these people took nearly 1 week to process and ship the damn thing after their site said it would ship within 24 hours, NOT! I tried contacting them more than once, they give me some ticket number and respond with a generic response saying that someone will contact me. I receive a message that it was shipped only that day, one week later coming from China with a bogus tracking number that gives me a message in Chinese! I couldn't even translate the message. So frustrated!
My dress is still not here, wasn't able to wear it and God knows when it will arrive. I will NEVER do business with ROTITA again!
