The material is shiny, which is what I was expecting. Second, it is a little tight on the top, it’s still a good fit size. Third, the material is very comfortable, I like the feel very much. Fourth, the length is a little right, as shown in the pictures, and I am 5'10" and size 6. I really wanted this dress to work, but I think it a little hard to hold my baby with how tight the top is on my shoulders. Otherwise, the dress is good in price and the package.

After placing my order (and seemingly naturally anxious about the processing and delivery times from past experiences and other overseas vendors) - I was apprehensive when I received an email asking to confirm my mailing address (which was different from what is registered with Paypal) - needless to say - the quick response and turn-around throughout the delivery (which was an expedited request) was favorable in that the responses were timely (my messages were received and responded to within 24 hours) I'd opened tickets asking, confirmation of order placed, and target time delivery). They were response via both communications - on Facebook as well as their site page, and online chat.

ORDER/PRODUCT:
What I ordered is what I got - there weren't any defects, or items that were not as seen and detailed online. I am pleased, more with the customer service but also with the product.

I stumbled upon this online retail site that is based in China - and honestly, I recommend them.

I don't understand the good reviews. It was my first order from Rotita, I wasn't sure if I would get the same dresses as I ordered, today I received the package (I got the dresses on time, can't blame DHL for anything) and it was too small to contain the dresses I was expecting. I ordered a long black dress to wear on a wedding, on the picture it looked really nice but I received a fake one made of a disgusting cheap fabric.
I'm not even going to send it back or whatever because it's not worth the effort.
I won't recommend this online webshop to anyone.

Well I don't even know where to start, I'm not a person to usually complain but I just couldn't believe the rubbish service and products that I had received and even more frustrating that I spent time disputing with Paypal as I believed I had a more than good enough case for me to be able to get myself a full refund and then still didn't win. Ive completely lost my faith in Paypal and the fact that they are even dealing with companies that are as shocking as Rotita.com!

They are selling copies of products but not very good copies. Disgustingly bad quality and not even worth the stress.

I'm sorry but if I receive something from a shop that is faulty I expect a refund. Every single shop I have ever had to return something to for being faulty have never ever questioned it, they accept that the quality of the product isn't up to standard and offer a refund.

Fits better than I expected. It's slightly loose but it's still a great fitted dress. I'm 5'9 and 150 lbs and even though I'm getting chunky I feel amazing in this dress lol. It's the perfect length!
