I've been using Rotita as my online store to shop for quite awhile now. I must say I've never encountered any problems with regards to my orders, shipping or anything else for that matter. The customer service is very warm and friendly; prompt response time. The prices for the items in the store are affordable which is one of the many reasons I keep coming back. I recently ordered a navy ripped denim pant and as per usual, I am pleased with the service received. My order was shipped in a timely manner and of course, the price was reasonable. The denim pant had all the particulars as stated in the description online. Nothing was out of place! The material was of good quality. The color, size and the style were a perfect fit for me. I felt very comfortable in it. Rotitaalways seem to have the perfect items for me. They have a lot of items to choose from to suit your style. I would recommend everyone to shop here!

This site has a lot of great clothes at a really good price. Their selection is huge and they carry a lot of sizes. Nothing I wanted was out of stock. I submitted an order and received it on time. The clothes are good quality and definitely worth the money. Their website provides very accurate descriptions of the clothing, sizes are perfect, and the pictures are too and accurate. Ordering was easy and fast. Package was packed well and neatly. You should definitely check them out. I couldn't be happier

I am totally surprised to see so many negative reviews here, as I've only had a truly great and satisfying experience with them. I didn’t have any problems with the order at all. My items shipped within 2 weeks which was what I expected, and it was exactly as pictured. The quality was good too! After seeing all the reviews here, I felt I need to come here and write a positive review in order to balance out all the negativity here. Since I was really satisfied with them. I would totally buy from them again in the near future.

I bought one of the Lace Skirt from Rotita.com and it is very lovely. Lacy and pretty layers. Comes to about mid calf. I would guess US size of 12-14-16, not much bigger. Flows nicely. Looks like it will be wash and wear type material. Very pretty nice and light weight and I am sure I will be wearing it often. This came much sooner than expected date. I'm very happy with it, and definitely recommend.

I love Rotita! A friend recommended it to me because she knows that I'm a shopaholic! I love clothes and shoes but I do not want to pay high-end prices! Rotita had everything I needed and their summer dresses are to die for! I splurged and bought three chiffon dresses and two lace dresses. My lack of control was a win-win because I was able to take advantage of the free shipping, while my friend received her referral discount. My order went incredibly smooth! Shipping was fast and I had my items in no time! I'm very happy and surprised that it was so easy because I've been burned before with online shopping. I will definitely be buying from Rotita again!

I ordered 2 dresses from Rotita.com on Monday 29 June needing to have the dresses by Saturday, 4 July. The website states on the front page "Ships in 24 Hours". I chose this site for this VERY REASON and then on top of that, I PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING! On Wednesday, I checked my order and it said "unshipped". I emailed customer service and received no reply. On Thursday, "unshipped" and on Friday, again, "unshipped". I called customer service and was on hold for 47 minutes. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude and told me that there was nothing she could do as the order had been processed. She also stated she couldn't tell me when they would ship. In the meantime, I had gotten a reply via email saying that the "ships in 24 hours" statement ACTUALLY means the order is processed in 24 hours (WTF?!). I emailed back and said since I was CLEARLY not going to get the dresses by 04 July, I wanted a FULL REFUND. I have received no response to any of my emails AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE DRESSES! They will probably never send the dresses AND keep my money. This company is horrible and I will never order from them again.

I was looking for a dress for my birthday party. First, i thought it wouldn't come as I expected. Fortunately, I received my dress before the event. This dress is the perfect dress with the perfect fit, the company who made this dress and designed it "hit it right on the nose", it is very comfortable and it hangs well and fits where it needs too. This dress is very versatile, you can dress it up for a semi formal event or wear it casually. I ordered the green one as in the picture and when I tried it on, that was it! Love the dress from the design to the fit and length. No doubt, I also get many compliments from my friends and family. I highly recommend this company for all of you!

Rotita has great clothing and great pricing. You do have to check sizes as their sizes are different than the sizes here so are sure to check the chart. Customer service has been quick to respond if needed. Quality and uniqueness of their clothing is what keeps me going back. Very feminine, dressy, and pretty. It’s hard to find this kind.

I'm really glad I found this shop. And I'm even more happy that I ignored false bad reviews and made my first order. Because things I ordered were awesome and I'm very satisfied with them. I make my orders every month and I wasn't disappointed even once. Just be careful with sizes and colors. Because asian sizes are smaller most of the time.
