It takes a little bit of time for the products to reach their destination, but I would say it's worth the wait. My clothes from this company all fit great and I've only had to return something one. Brilliant service, fast shipping and good quality. I'm very happy with my order, i ordered over £50 worth of clothing and was a bit dubious as I read a bad review, but I don't really listen to bad reviews if there are some good! I'm glad i went with my instinct because my order was shipped within 4 working days and the delivery was pretty quick! For each step the customer service advisors were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I'm very happy I went with my gut as the clothing was fantastic for the price I paid. I will definitely be ordering again soon.

The fabric is very soft and high quality. All Rotita's clothes are fun and stylish though, and at a really affordable price! The quality was amazing and the design is stunning. It's great how I could get such beautiful products for a cheap price. I will be sure to order from them again.

I order a couple of pieces from Rotita, both pieces were cheap, poor quality & did not at all look like they did in the advertised photo. The sizing is wrong, I know I wear a medium/10, & that's what I chose on the site. Before receiving the order I was stupid enough to place another order. Once I received the first order I immediately asked for a refund just to have to go back & forth with the jerks about my money. THEY want to charge $3 per item to cancel & my order had not been processed nor shipped. I asked them to cancel it, but they continued to email me back & fort & I still have not received a refund AND I don't have the order. I'm assuming they think they can keep my money and the order! They can keep those cheap clothes, whatever I have to do... THEY WILL GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My daughter and I both both many items in separate orders and followed the sizing. ALL the items did not fit and were poor quality, NOT at all looking like the models that wore them. The material even was cheap. To send them back was going to cost almost $100 each which is ridiculous and not worth it. First we paid for express shipping which was anything but express, then all of our items to Canada were sent via the USA so we ended up getting charged an import duty fee from DHL to pick up the packages which was another $25 each. All in all I would NEVER recommend them or their clothing as it is all crap. I was told if I provided the waybill numbers we would each get the import fee back. I received mine after 5 months but my daughter will only get half and that is after 7 months of emails back and forth. Though they did give my daughter half back, there would have been NO IMPORT FEE had they NOT delivered via the USA so in response to what the Rotita person replied makes no sense. Had they delivered directly this wouldn't have been an issue AT ALL plus I had already been promised months ago we would BOTH be reimbursed for the total import fees paid!

Today I have submitted a request on rotita.com. The problem is that I need my order soon, and I don’t know where my order is. So they told me they are processing my order, if I need the order soon, they suggest me changed the shipping method for expedited shipping. Thanks for the efficient service; I receive my order on time.

I purchased a Black White Long Sleeve Striped T-Shirt from Rotita.com. I got the delivery as mentioned, delivery and product was fine. I've gotten compliments on how stylish this dress looks. Support service is very good. I’m planning to buy a few more for gifting later to my cousins.

I had a wedding to attend over the summer and ordered four dresses from Rotita. I spent less than $100. WOW! If I went to a department store, I probably couldn't even get one fashionable dress for that price! I would absolutely do business with them again soon.
