Since then it has stated that it is still somewhere in China as of November 3. I ordered this with plenty of time for it to come in as I am planning on wearing it for November 20. I am extremely upset and cannot get ahold of anyone to fix the problem. Future possible buyers, please take the negative reviews seriously.
Do not shop on this website its a complete sham, virtually impossible to get a refund through the way they have set up their terms and conditions.
I paid an extra £5 for "standard deliver" which they said would reach me between 4 and 8 days, its now day 20 and I still haven't received anything.
The tracking information doesn't even work properly and when I contacted customer service they said "just wait a few days as standard shipping is slow sometimes." My thought is why lie about how long it takes then? They would get far less complaints if customers knew what they were getting into.
Rubbish website and I bet my clothes don't even resemble the picture!

I ordered two hoodies on Monday and they said to allow them 1-4 days to process and ship. It has been 6 days now and my order status say Confirmed, Paid, and Unshipped. I don't understand how they could take my money for the items IMMEDIATELY and not ship my items in the 1-4 day period that they said they would. I just want ALL my money back right now. I've been emailing them, getting "tickets" and so far no one has responded.

I purchased an off the shoulder tunic in a grey color. When I got my item it was a midriff cut off, thight sleeved, crew neck shirt. I emailed thinking I had gotten the wrong item by mistake after SEVERAL days of going back and forth because their site wouldn't allow my picture upload, it finally went through only for them to tell me "i have send your photo to check, they told us that they ship the correct item, our price is so cheap, so it is not so perfect like some expensive item" So you get what you pay for I guess and by that I mean a totally different item then what you wanted. Just such a disappointment. I will not be purchasing from them ever again because who knows what I'm actually getting!

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
