I ordered my clothes on a Friday evening. I paid for express shipping and yet they did not even ship my order from China until thursday a week later. I called DHL they said I would have it in a week once they received my package. That is a total of two weeks from my ordering date! On top of that. The company is out of China so it is no way you can call! I am still awaiting my package and I would like my money back for my express shipping!

I ordered a dress for my 30th birthday party. I paid extra for expedited delivery so I could receive the dress on time because before when I ordered one it took almost a month to come. By the time I received it, the party was over even though the estimated shipping stated otherwise online. This time I received this dress in a decent time frame but it is completely see-through (except for the gold sequence in the front)! The picture DID NOT show this nor did the description say so. I contacted customer service and they asked for pictures; I provided them. Then they went on to tell me their items are "so cheap" it won't be good material. THAT DOESN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH NOT BEING TOLD IT WAS SEE THROUGH! Then they told me to send it back registered mail to China. That'll probably be more than what I paid for the dress so I decided to just keep it and take this loss. I suggest shopping on Rosewe.com instead.

I ordered two dresses and paid extra for delivery. I tried to track the order, but this is impossible as it doesn't allow you to do so on their website.
The items were delivered 4 weeks after being ordered. They were a joke! The maxi dress in XL that was described as cotton, was actually a static nylon fabric and I could not get the dress over my shoulders and I'm a size 12! The second dress was described and advertised as off the shoulder showing lots of spare fabric around the shoulders to wear off the shoulder, actually turned out to be a t shirt shape with one shoulder being three times the size as the other! Complete waste of money.
I've tried to go onto their website customer services to arrange a return and they ask you to submit a ticket - what ticket? There are no guidelines as to how to return items. I tried to go into live chat, but the message said unavailable at this time, try later!
So I went onto their questions page and selected wrong size as reason for return and their reply was to make sure you check size guide before ordereing! Well, I did actually! So then I entered that poor quality was reason for return and their reply was that they try to keep prices down and the quality reflects this. There was no other option, so end of discussion! Doesn't seem like a return and refund is likely.
COMPLETE SCAM, WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN AND WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO MAKE SURE AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE GET TO HEAR ABOUT THIS AS POSSIBLE.

These dresses are perfect for what I am looking for on stage. The material is not super thick, so it will breath and allow movement for my actresses. I went with the XL, because all of the girls are about a size 8-10. This will give them a little room and allow me to use the dresses in my costume closet later for other shows.

Just got this dress and love it, it fits really well, ordered it using your sizing chart and it worked out perfectly. I am only 5 feet 4 inches but even the length is good, even with a relatively low heel. Absolutely love it and it fits great! I will recommend Ever Pretty to my friends and family who need to purchase formals.

"Love this dress! It was the 4th I'd ordered for a 1940's party and I'd almost given up. I usually wear size US10 but have put on a little weight so I ordered XL and it fit well other than the top being a little big for my 36C bust. The fabric is soft and has stretch to it, very nice. The skirt has a great flare and as the waist is higher it doesn't show off a tummy if you have one. Color is accurate, beautiful deep red.
Estimated delivery was after my party but I was desperate and took a chance - thank goodness I did as it arrived a few days sooner than expected which was perfect - it hit my doorstep 5pm the day of the party!

I placed my order on 10/30 and I am still waiting probably because they didn't ship my item out until 12 days after I purchased it. When I noticed 5 days after my purchase that my item had still not shipped I messaged them. Their reply was the item may be out of stock to which I asked why would that not be communicated at the time of purchase their response was sorry. I'm very disappointed. Hopefully the coat is so cute that was worth the wait.

Just order this can't wait to get it. Read all the views and they were good so I know I will be a happy camper. This is why I will continue to buy from this website.

This was just what I expected. Nice, comfortable fit with breathable loose material. The shirt is just like it shows in the picture. A perfect item for layering with other clothes, like maybe a long stretchy tank top below. I should have bought two because I know someone else who would love this!
