I ordered the X-small and it fit perfectly. Previous reviewers were right in that the arms are very tight and the neckline is strange but it only feels off to the wearer. Nobody else will notice. Also, the material was thicker than I was expecting. It's not the best quality in the world but it's great for a night out. I got many compliments!

I ordered a Homecoming dress based on a gorgeous picture listed on the Rotita website and, after receiving the dress 2 weeks later than promised, we received what looked like a Halloween costume instead of a Homecoming dress. Very disappointed to say the least! Don't waste your money.
Ordered some jewelry and a dress. Took forever for items to ship despite Rotita's handling policy. Shipping took forever, way longer than any "expected" estimates they provided. The dress fits horribly, several centimeters off from their size chart. And it is very uncomfortable because the liner (which was never mentioned in the description) is such a non-breathable fabric. It's like wearing plastic wrap. The bracelet was in pieces when I opened the package. Otherwise the order was good, but when I tried to return these two items, the website wouldn't let me upload pictures via mobile. Finally had a representative email me to send pics, and then ask for the order number (which I had already posted in the email) days later. They quote a certain amount of business days for transactions and contact, but exceed it every time. I appreciate the apology, but when more than half my order's cost went to items that suck, "sorry" doesn't really cut it. Money talks, and all Rotita says is, "We've got your cash, so screw you!"
UPDATE:
So I finally get somebody to email me regarding this return and damaged item nonsense. They try to give me a store credit; I refuse. They just emailed saying they would refund my PayPal account, only to send an immediate follow-up email explaining that they have noticed a dispute ticket in their online system and they will process a refund through that. Are they kidding? The only reason I had to email them was because their ticket system wouldn't let me upload photos of the damaged items, and I've included my ticket and order numbers in several emails I have exchanged with the company over the past several months. How did they not know there was an open dispute? ANd why does a return take MONTHS to not even be completed yet?

Color slightly different from the pic on the website but overall it is acceptable and the good material and style satisfied me. I love this jumpsuit, will recommend Rotita to my friends.
My package went missing somewhere along the way due to Royal Mail! The customer service at Rotita is atrocious, their responses are robotic and make no sense, trying to get a refund is proving an impossible task so if you have any issues you can rest assured they won't be fixed.

I bought this sweater in 2 colors, green and pink. It fits wonderfully and is comfy and cozy. It is very practical and can be worn with jeans or a pretty skirt. I just love them!
I love this jacket. It's really warm and the fur around the neck is so soft. I'm 5'7" and 135lbs. I got the small and it fits perfectly. It runs a little big but that's how its supposed to be worn. It's so comfortable and the quality is great. My new winter coat!
I have ordered from these guys quite a few times now, and I have never had a bad experience with them! I love these guys! I use them every time I order something for lady in my life, Lol. Seriously though, they are professional, I've never had any problems with shipping, and their ordering process is simple and smooth. I will definitely be back to order from these guys again!
If I could give a zero I would! I placed an order (5 items) which took about a month to receive. 4 out of the 5 items were very cheaply made, so thin you could see right through them (not at all like the pictures on the models), they fit me horribly, and I flat out didn't like them. The website says you need to contact them to get a shipping label to mail back. I have been emailing for a week now, and am having trouble getting the label emailed to me. Make sure that when you place an order you won't want to return it! I have never in my life had so much trouble dealing with a company.

So I normally wear a size 10/12 in dresses. I ordered a XL, it's a little roomier but it still hugs my shape. I wear a 36C and I fill out the top nicely. I have a little baby tummy (when I suck it in) but there is plenty of room in the that area waist that it doesn't show, it does hugs my hips nicely.
It looks BETTER than the picture... thank God too because I wasn't all that excited when I decided to order the dress. It's beautifully made and some how VERY comfortable for evening wear. I have not been this pleased with an evening dress in a very long time. Thank you!

Initially, I was so excited to find this website. All the clothing was priced so low that I could not resist ordering. To their credit, I received all my items within a week. But here's the kicker - none of the damn clothes look like any of the pictures on line! Spare yourself the time. Spare yourself from losing money. Spare yourself the mental agony. I ordered a 3X garment and it fits like a Large. I read the sizing chart thoroughly and everything. Again, the clothes are cheap. In addition, there aren't any care labels on the inside of any of the garments. Well, I take that back there are. But, if you do not know how to read Chinese characters then your $#*! out of luck bc The text that is on the inside of each of the pieces I ordered have Chinese characters on them. Newsflash: go to a regular clothing store and buy the clothing. That way, you won't be like me; stuck with clothes that are ugly, made out of polyester, cheap looking and fit oddly.

Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
