Very very warm for the cold weather. Quality is superb, warm and very stylish. Although the design is a little different in the back, and I love it so much

I was happy with the material used, color and look of the coat was true the picture. It was also fully lined which made it warm and cozy. It just fit, barely. I am thin but tall and it just did not fit well. If you are petite then you will do well with this coat.

I ordered 4 dresses. I have to say the dresses were nice for the price. However, Rotita sent the wrong item for one of the dresses and is only willing to give a 20% refund if I send the dress back at MY cost, all this after days and days of messaging back and forth. Most if not all of their stock is available on Amazon. The buyer should get a full refund and free return shipping if the company sent the wrong item, their return policy is very clear, they do not do returns.

Worst customer service ever and quality horrible. I wanted this sweat suit i saw on here it was beautiful.my mom ordered for me for xmas it was 30.00 and took a month to arrive. It was suppose to be a medium womens and it was an xtra small kids we called to exchange the lady was very. Rude, hung up on my mom 5 times and told m y. Mom they dont refund or xchange that to keep. It and just order another one an she. Would giv her 10% off all we want to do is exchange it. So basically were out of 30.00 and stuck with an outfit that wont evn fit my 9 yr. Old. Please dont order anything from this company they are a fraud.

Terrible product. I'm a first time buyer. The dress took 5 days more to arrive than they told me it would, but that's to be expected of things from China. When I finally got the dress it looked nothing like the picture advertised and it was defective! The slit came up so high you could see my undies! The slit started where the midsection ended. Who makes a dress like that?! When I wanted to return they suggested I sell it online or give it away as a present. Do not buy from these people. In the end you get what you paid for.

Order one dress last month and it turns out a little small on me so I sent it back to change to bigger one. And the dress fit me like a glove finally. Nice service.

I love this top! Super comfortable and very versatile. I have to say this is one of my favorite striped pieces yet. I can wear it to work and to have fun.

Love the stretchy material, it is soft, it isn't see through as well. My mother loves this present from me. Christmas is coming and I want to buy some sweaters for my family members on this website.

My order still hasn't been shipped and I've asked for my full refund due to the horrible customer service and the false advertising they do. I will never use this site again, it's extremely bad.
I was told they didn't have the dress I ordered in stock and so that's why I have to wait... Why the $#*! would you list the dress and it's sizes knowing you don't have any in stock?! I couldn't under stand that or the representative who was writing, his hand writing was piss poor. I am so unhappy, this is a TRUE SCAM. Rotita needs to be sued for all its faulty $#*!.
