They lie about shipping for one say ships in 1 day I paid for 2-5 day shipping for an outfit I needed for Xmas and still haven't received it its been over 2 weeks I wouldn't recommend shopping again or referr to a friend
I ordered a dress for New Years way before Christmas and it came after new year even though the shipping said 2 business days!
Ordered a jumpsuit from here the material is cheap and the jumpsuit is not like the picture on the site. When delivered there is no returns options in the bag and no address to return the item would not recommend buying anything from this site.
Order came late, never received any customer help no matter how many attempts I made, when it did arrive, ( the design is cute), however material, quality, and over all look is extremely poor. It was sent from Shaghai, China,,,,,,,, I will not be returning these two shawls... because the hassle would be too over-whelming! Run... Run... Run!

I am in the process of requesting a full refund for my recent purchase, which was clearly a Chinese knockoff of the pictured product.
DO NOT BUY FROM ROTITA.COM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

The clothes are dreadful. Customer services rarely reply. After hundreds of emails they eventually agreed to refund in full when I returned the clothes at my expense.
But I did not get a refund because Rotita claimed my parcel never arrived.

I bought a dress for Halloween from this shop and loved it. It was affordable and soft, just a little thin. The dress was perfect and I was happy with my purchase and will buy again.
The quality was actually much better than I expected for the price, I'd read mixed reviews but decided to take a risk. The shipping takes a little while but customer service communicates well and you can track everything very easily. The shipping didn't take too long though and I got everything in a timely manner.
I was a little worried this would be tight on me, but it fits perfect! Most comfortable sweater I have ever owned! Love that you can dress it up or down!
I lived in this cardigan this fall. It's pretty neutral, so you get a lot of mileage out of it. One thing to keep in mind is that the model is probably very petite. It's not going to look as slouchy and long if you're not as little. But it's still a good buy.

I really liked the picture, so I was really excited about the order I was putting in. It does have the same style. It's more of a stretchy and almost shiny polyester blend instead. It is definitely comfortable to wear. Also, it is very much a bodycon dress.
