First of all, what was advertised was a beautiful light apricot dress with silver sequins. What I got was dollarstore costume quality. The package came in a black plastic bag and the dress was a hideous tan color with cold sequins that are falling off- I just opened the package five minutes ago. Horrible quality! Don't waste your money!

I ordered 5 dresses I found online for Christmas presents but when I received them, they were not the actual dresses I ordered. They were a "cheap" replica that was similar but not the same and the sizes were way off. The extra large dress did not even fit my daughter who was a size medium.
The catch with these people is they are in China. They tell you they will refund you but you have to pay for the shipping. This is very expensive. With a UPS tracking number, the cost to return would have cost more than the dresses. You need a tracking number or you cannot prove that the items were returned especially to a third-world country. This is a total scam. Beware and stay away from Rotita.com.

I understand that ordering any garment from a site that offers 80% off designer prices would be a gamble, but this was just laughable. Ill fitting, poorly sewn, cheap fabric with cheap details... they are just so bad it's funny. Reminded me of tacky flea market clothes. It was too good to be true, but I felt I had to try. Don't make the same mistake I did. Save your money for something better.

I ordered a dress for New Year's Eve. The picture had black trim along the neck, the cuffs and hem. The dress was way too small, the sleeves were quarter length and not long sleeve like the picture. It also had a large back seem down the back, which is not in the picture! Then I keep getting emails from customer service, with no phone call, no explanation, just sell the dress because it is too expensive to pay for postage to return. I am going to contact the BBB to see if I can file a report against the company!

The item I received was not like the picture, it is very poor quality! Nothing like the photo wotsever! Very dissappointed, I wanted to return it to find out it is preety much impossible too! They don't provide you with an order number so it wont let u go any further on their website so no way of returning, also if u finally managed to get an order number u dont even receive a full refund only 60% back, if ur lucky! Very poor service, poor products, will not shop here again or recommend to anyone!

Customer Support is also great. They answered all my questions and concerns quickly and politely. I was satisfied with all my purchases.
My experience is similar to several on this page. I ordered two tops - both in larger sizes than I usually wear. The second top was actually two sizes larger and fit even smaller than the first. I am a petite, thin woman and I could barely fit my arm into the medium size top. Their site clearly states they except returns within 30 days. I requested to return the items and was also told to resell them on Ebay or another site and they would give me a coupon to buy other items. I politely declined three times but their response was always the same - telling me to resell them as the cost to ship back would be too expensive (though never told me what that cost would be). I am appalled at the audacity to suggest that I pawn their substandard items off on someone else. I agree with other posts that this company is a scam filled with con-artists. NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM Rotita!

I bought a coat, a earing and a dress with them. The colour of the coat doesn't match the PIC and they said it's normal! It is not normal for me. I won't wear it. Please send postal address for return to get my refund as the package it came the writting isn't in English. Had a terrible experience with the quality of your products. The earings I bought is already loosing its colour after one use. The dress is no way knee high and not a good material. I can badly sit comfortably in it as it's so short. Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
