Got screen shots but I don't see where I can upload them here. So, here it goes. Paid for expedited shipping: 2-5 days. Got it in 8 days. So, my shipping should be refunded. These idiots won't refund it and seem to be completely clueless as to why it should be refunded. Messaged them back and forth over a month about this issue. Do yourself a favor, order from another site.
First these ship from CHINA, there is no Expedited shipping, second they are poorly made with the cheapest material available, third no refunds, no customer service and a lot of items never even ship... BEWARE!
I ordered a bathing suit almost 3 weeks ago. Not only have I not received it yet (even though it said it ships within 1 day) but yesterday, my bank alerted me that there was fraud on my checking account. 5 attempts were made from CHINA to use my debit card. I find it weird that they are based in China and someone in China hacked my account. Even though its suppose to be a secure payment, I believe otherwise.

Took ages to deliver to swimsuits, both were really badly sized, nowhere near the size they stated on their website, both were damaged as well! After much arguing with their 'customer service' department, and trust me, there was no service, they offered me a 60% refund on return of the goods at my cost. They keep saying that I had to beaver in mind how cheap the products were so they were basically saying they themselves didn't expect much in the way of quality! Both items will go in the bin. No point paying to return them to then not get a full refund. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
Rotita said on their site that it was Asian sizes so I ordered bigger than I needed, judging by their size chart I needed to. The swimsuits were STILL waaaaay too small. The quality was shocking. Like REALLY shocking! They said I should update my ticket for a refund but they don't offer full refunds and you have to pay for return postage so they really do have you completely stuffed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! EVER!

I did not search for this product, in fact a email came up on my FB with an amazing picture of a pair of PVC looking leggings, in black for £20.00. The site description pretty much stated they were black PVC leggings and the pictures showed this, however all pictures were taken from the front.
I have now received these and the back of the leggings are in fact track suit material in grey. The leggings are only panelled with PVC at the front. No where within the description does it state this. They are hideous and I will not be seen in public wearing something that looks so cheap.
I wrote to them advising them that thy must be in breach of the Sales of Good act but they have not even bothered to respond or suggest a return.
I think that they want people to buy sub standard clothing at the cost of a little less than shop pricing. They know that people have no real recourse.
Honestly save your money, do not purchase anything from this Company.

Ordered a 3/4 length cardigan - colours not representative of the actual cardigan, cheap thin material and bad stitching. Not at all like the photo and have been mis sold! Ordered a XXL for a size 14 equivalent and was more like a size 10! Will not be buying from them again!

The dress I received is NOTHING like the dress I thought I was purchasing. The fabric is completely different - which also meant the strapless neckline wouldn't stay up, the shape is completely different, sizing was a disaster and there is a large stain on the front. Contacting them is an absolute nightmare and they are clearly unaware of what their Returns Policy states; after a week's worth of messaging, they tried to offer me a 20% refund, even though they sent me a damaged item and I am therefore entitled to a full refund, regardless of the fact that it is nothing like the dress on their website.
Please, PLEASE do not purchase from this site because your item is likely to be faulty or a cheap knock off, and they have no interest in customer service.

I ordered a long maxi dress for a wedding. I ordered the dress a entire month before the wedding. I constantly wrote them asking where was my dress. They claim it will be shipped out in 24hrs. Well my dress took a week to just be sent it. It was with the carrier before processing to ship for over a week before I could track it. I received my dress a whole week after the wedding. When I open that bag and felt that cheap flimsy dress I was even pissed! The dress was not like it looked on the picture at all. It was the cheapest quality I ever seen. Waited almost a month for my order, finally received it and the dress that had nothing but rave "reviews" was a complete disaster! First thing wrong color, not the material listed on the website, wrong cut, also extra fabric (dress was not tailored properly, just cheaply) and the seams are coming undone. I tried to contact them but it's like this company doesn't exist. I wrote a review on their website and its no where to be found, so obviously they are filtering their reviews which is illegal. Now I'm stuck with a dress that I'll probably just throw away because I'll have to spend at least $50 to get it tailored properly, not worth it!

I'd never buy from this company again! I paid £17.00 for a dress that took 6 weeks to arrive and was just an unlined flimsy piece of material that wouldn't have fitted a size 6 woman let alone a size 12 it wasn't even close!

These people are scam artists --they need to be in jail. Never sent the items I bought. Instead, they sent items that I thought was a complete joke. There's no number so the only way to communicate with them is through email - good luck with that! I would never recommend this "store". Worst experience ever - never again!

I ordered a dress for my Grandma's funeral, I paid £10.00 for the 3 days express delivery and it arrived over 3 WEEKS later! I have been emailing them and calling since March 2016 to request a refund for the delivery I did not receive. They have refused to refund it, admit they can not offer this service (SO WHY CHARGE PEOPLE FOR IT?). Half of the time they ignored my emails and when they did respond they were rude and replied in slang text speak. Incredibly unprofessional and very untrustworthy.

This company is the worst. Fast shipping is a gimmick to get your money and the nice clothes are not what they seem. I purchased two outfits and one was busted in the package with thread hanging out. I very seldom write reviews but my experience was horrible. First it took a month to get my order. I actually had forgot I ordered until I received an email from them saying thank you. I was like where is my order! I received the shirt and it didn't look like the one I had ordered. I ordered a royal blue shirt but the shirt I got looked like it had been washed several times. It was a faded blue. The zipper looked very cheap. Do not waste your hard earned money on these cheap materials. The shipping label said china so that says a lot about the material and the way it was made. Very pissed off customer. The sizes must be measured for kids. Very small.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
