It took me 3 months to receive my order. I submitted several customer service request and never received a response. The products I ordered looked as if they were made by a rookie seamstress! Looks like they attempted to make what I ordered using the wrong fabric. The sizes are not true sizes, extremely small. Cheap material and nothing was long enough. My maxi dress came to my knee not ankle. I wasted my money literally! I should have left this China manufactured bull$#*! where it was!

Company delivery of items was weeks delayed. Sizes were cut extremely small and the only thing they could tell me is, "by the way, we are Asian size." (what?!?!?!) I have been going back and forth (via their online ticket system which is the only way I have been able to reach someone) and still they will not tell me how to return the items nor get a refund... all sales are final with this company. They have offered 10% and 15% refunds, as well as, $30 via a dispute I filed. If you know like I know you will steer very clear of this company; unless you wish to make donations and maybe get something you can actually wear. Would rate a negative score if I could.

It looks just as pictured and flows in a lovely way down close to my knees. I weigh 150 and my height is 5'3, I ordered a medium and it fits perfectly. It took just a day to ship and only two weeks to arrive to my house. I am very happy with my order and are thinking about buying the purple and black floral dress.

I would not order from any of these websites showing up on Facebook read the reviews first. There seems to be hundreds of different names but they all do the same thing. They send crap if they send anything at all. I don't understand why Facebook lets them advertise when they are all obviously fake and scams! Just read reviews on anything now days. Sad it has to be this way! I think just going to the mall is the safest way to shop!

Ordered a jumper. When I received it, found it was very poor quality, looked nothing like advertised picture and the one size fits all was too small for me. I am a size 6-8 aus.

I ordered from Rotita the tracking number is fake they said the package was delivered by my local post office when i call the post office and gave them the tracking number ROTITA provided they had no ideal what the h_ll i was talking about. I still do not have the items i ordered so my next step is to my bank. I would advise all o you to do the same get your money back and run.

I order $80.00 worth of clothing on 3/05/2016 and today is March 30th. Still have not gotten anything nor can I track my order. The tracking information is from a China tracking company and once you put your tracking number in, it does not give you and option to hit enter, go, search... nothing. The delivery period depends on the shipping method you choose. If you choose flat rate shipping, it’s quite slow and generally 2-3 weeks of delivery. Standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks, and expedited shipping is as fast as 3 days delivery.
I've finally managed to get hold of the returns address for Rotita after weeks of back and forth to customer services (who take on average 2-3 days to reply to a ticket) and a dispute logged with Paypal. If you send the item back they will then give you 60% of the cost as they take 40% for admin and shipment. You ALSO have to pay to return the item. It's mega painful so unless you really really want the outfit and are sure it's going to fit don't buy!

I paid to have my outifit delivered quicker (3-5days) it wasn't shipped until 6 days later, and arriving 9 days later by which point my occasion had been and gone. When it finally arrived the size was so small, i couldn't fit my leg in it

My wife used PayPal to pay for an order, but failed to provide the correct shipping address (on *******@PayPal). So shipping was held up. Rotita sent us email asking to confirm a new shipping address. Each of us provided at least 5 tickets informing them of the change of address, but they kept sending the same email. We even tried to call their customer service numerous times and no answer. Some 3 weeks later, I elevated to a complain at PayPal, then Rotita responded that they were awaiting a item prior to shipping. Wait! First it was an incorrect address, now it's a missing item. Then 1 week later, they provided a tracking number, but in 3 days now, it hasn't left China... Umm, what's up with that... Believe, this company has the worst business attitude I've ever dealt with and WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! I may as well write this off as a lost because the items will probably not come. I don't think it take 3-days to leave China. If I had known the location of this company, I never would have initiated the order.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
