Very unprofessional company. I ordered 2 dresses which took a lot longer to arrive than the website stated. They arrived well after I needed them for! When they arrived they were terrible, very thin & of poor quality. I sent them back paid registered post. I've been sending them messages now for well over a month and their replies are ridiculous, offering me discounts for my next order! Telling me that the shipping will be a lot do I want to send them back (after I told them several times I had sent them back!) best advice I can give you is DO NOT ORDER from Rotita! Avoid them!

I ordered a jumper from Rotita. I was afraid because ppl kept saying bad things about the website. I really wanted the jumper and I decided to take a chance on a $20 item. It came in two weeks, wraped tightly to keep it safe due to it being delicate. I ordered a medium and it fit like a medium. I AM VERY SATISFIED AND GLAD I TOOK A CHANCE.
Ordered a prom dress and when it arrive I couldn't believe how cheaply made it was. It looks like a Halloween costume. It doesn't even look like the picture online. Best part? They won't refund my $, told me to give it as a gift or resell. Don't waste your $!

WORST company ever! It's been over a month and I still haven't received my items. Don't bother asking for a refund. Their non-existent customer service will never respond to emails or online chat. AND if you are so fortunate to get a hold of someone in customer service, they will charge you $3 for a refund.

I ordered a swim suit size med. It was more like an XXL. The sides of the top were so wide, and the bottoms were so loose, they staged on my butt. Very cheap material, and took a month to get here. Will never oder anything g from this company. Get what you pay for! Please don't order from this place

The worse decision I ever made is ordering from this place. $96.00 down the drain. I've been getting the run around for over a month now about returning the clothes that were not as the site described and they were shaped funny. Order from Amazon where it's safe!

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
