Diabolical!

I have placed an order with Rotita which I have yet to receive but I am not holding my breath about it having read the 'real' reviews on here as opposed to the fake ones they show on their site. I have spoken to Paypal who I paid through and they have advised that I can raise a dispute with them and claim my money back that way so if you paid with Paypal, contact them for support in getting a refund as the goods are being misold on Rotita. It's disgraceful that they are getting away with this sham of a business.

Avoid at all costs

I paid extra to ship a swimsuit quickly, still took 2 weeks to arrive. Suit is super tiny and see-thru. I've been trying to get a return going without any response from the company. $20 down the drain.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS

I ordered a swimsuit almost a month ago. I have not received my suit, but they were quick to take my money. I have contacted them on several occasions, no response. Wish I would have read the reviews before placing my order. This company sucks. Unless you like paying for items to never receive, STAY AWAY!

I ORDERED A DRESS FROM THEM ON FEB 25TH 2016 AND JUST NOW GOT THIS PIECE OF CRAP TODAY ON APRIL 11TH! IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE, NOT EVEN THE SAME MATERIAL. My problem is the same as everyone else. I read reviews AFTER I ordered. I bought a swimsuit 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. My account was deducted the amount the day I ordered. I do not write reviews unless they are really good or really bad. This is the worst experience I have had with online shopping (this and Target).

Do you know how hard it is when you have a party in less than two days but your dress is not coming. And I paid a lot of money so that it could come in a day. Horrible

I am so pissed about my order. Here it is close to my trip and I have not received my order. I paid extra for the to ship it within 4 business days and this is the 6th day. I tried tracking my order and ups did not recognize the tracking number. I tried calling over to China and it gave me a busy signal. PLEASE I would not recommend this site.

Don't do it

Everything was wrong not the fabric I found the original item and it was absolutely nothing like the $#*! they sent me it took two months it was cut with scissors and not stitched at all the pant were to my knees when they supposed to cover my feet I order the Orange set with the Orange top and multi colored bottoms that's supposed to be floor length it was cheap it was a mess the elastic for the waste was not placed properly just don't order from here please

Ordered two swim suits. Said they would ship within 24 hours. Money was charged to my credit card same day as order placed, payment confirmed. It has been six days and still have not shipped. You can not talk to a live person either. It says live chat, but it will not connect you to a person. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!/

I ordered a swim suit on 3/23 supposed to ship within 4 days. They deducted money that day. Since I've Sent several inquiries because it is now approximately a month later and no suit. No response either. Read reviews AFTER I'd ordered, should have read them before!

This is the first and last time I will use this website. I should learn 'if it is too good to be true, it most likely is'!
The two jumpsuits I bought looked fab on the site, however, when they arrived OMG, they are awful, cheap material, ridiculous sizing and they don't resemble the item at all.
Don't waste your money with any of these site from China - STAY AWAY!

Rip off

I placed my order on the 18th of March. The money was taken out of my account that day. I have messaged them about 5 times and to no avail I haven't received anything in return. I ordered a bathing suit and it still says it is paid for, and processed and unshipped. I order online from companies all the time and WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS ONE AGAIN. They take your money and never send you your product. Totally disgusted.

Not worth the buy

The clothes are cheap fabric, jewelry is terrible. The size chart is off. I bought a XL thinking I'll buy two sizes up and after 3 weeks of waiting on my items that should have taken one week. Everything was extremely small and did not fit at all. I'm very pissed! I don't trust the company enough to get my money back.

This website is so fricken stupid! I ordered a bathing suit for spring break and it said it was gonna come in 4 business days but of course I had to wait 3 weeks. After the tracking finally said my delivery was coming, it was just never delivered! I am so dissatisfied and angry! Rorita also makes it so difficult to contact them, because they are stealing everyones money! Never order on this website, from what i can see no one else got their orders either so i would NEVER recommend this website.

On March 24th I irdered one bathing suit. I also paid extra shipping because I needed the suit soon due to a trip. It is the 10th of April. Still nothing. I have emailed them on March 31 and requested a credit for my expedited shipping cost since I didn't get my suit in the promised time. They emailed and said we still need 3 more days. What the hell? For a fricken suit they advertise and it takes over a week to put it in a box and ship? They suck. I want my money back I want everyone to know these people are crooks!
