Love the prompt time it came faster than I expected
On May 16th I ordered some dresses from Rotitia. On the website the dresses were nice. However when I received the dresses they looked totally different from the way they looked on the website. I felt like I was ripped off. The sizes were off. I ordered a 1X and a 2X. The 1X is too big and the 2X fits lose. The patterns of the dresses doesn't look like what was displayed on the website. I am very disappointed!
Ordered three blouses in a large, which I always wear, and after receiving them they would barely qualify for a medium. Wrote to company and received a reply that they could refund PARTIAL payment. I wrote back and asked if they could just send same blouses in an X-large and never received a reply.
Do not order from this company as they do not back up their merchandise.

I love my swimsuits and the quality is great! One of them was too large and i found it difficult to return because you can't talk to anyone by phone. I emailed them but no one emailed me back. Definitely needs better customer service options.
Everything about this suit was wonderful except the bra portion. Very much to small o er all, Everything else is absolutely wonderful. Couldn't even get the bra portion on my shoulders. 38C bra, nothing special. 59 years old all natural, no implants. Couldn't get it on with help. I'm thinking it must be missized. Need an XL in the bra. Fits perfectly otherwise.
