This website has to have the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. After ordering the black palazzo pants from their website and waiting a couple of weeks for shipping (that part was expected) the pants I received were awful. They honestly look/feel as they were made out of the same material as a snuggie. They have no shape and are very stiff. I wrote to customer service requesting a return address to send them back to per their return policy. I waited three days for a response from someone asking why I wanted to return them. I immediately responded saying the quality and material were not what I expected and I waited another three days for a response. They told me that the shipping costs would be too expensive for me and they suggest that I gift them away or resell them online because I could "get a good price" for them. I quickly responded saying that I did not want to sell or give them to anyone that I just needed and address please and three days later they responded saying "how about you keep it and i will try my best to help apply a 20% refund" and still did not include an address. I have never had any retail company stall to waste the time I'm allowed to return something and refuse to comply with their own return policy before. I will be telling everyone how terrible of an online shop this is and never shop there again.

4 weeks later and several complaints to PayPal and I received a half made swimming costume! They then had the cheek to offer a partial refund of £7, cost of item was nearer £18. Ongoing via PayPal still. Very poor service and bad company.

I ordered two dresses a jumpsuit and a swimming costume

All are really nice styles but extremely poor quality the dresses are supposed to be bodycon but are made from a fabric the same as what football shirts are made of.

The jumpsuit is poorly made with puckered seams and the swimsuit is again poor quality

I'm not one to make reviews but I have to say this site is awful. I ordered £70 with of clothing and nothing was how it looked on the site. Everything is made out of polyester or some really cheap material. Some parts of the clothing was longer than the other. The dress wasn't finished being made an could not zip up. It was awful. The rating does not deserve a 1 it should be less.

Ordered a bathing suit 3 weeks ago the payment came out as soon as i ordered it and it has yet to be shipped and you cant talk to anyone you just do an"ticket" and it just comes back as processing. I pretty sure I just wasted my money on something Iim. Never gonna get so don't order anything from them!

Items were very cheaply made! They looked nothing like what I ordered! I paid for express shipping, and my items took 10 days to come! The fabric is the cheapest fabric known to man and the quality of the work is horrible! Do not bother with submitting a ticket on their site! The options are in poor English! Don't bother with this place! When the ads pop up close them out IMMEDIATELY!

Terrible swimsuit

The bathing suit was WAY too small and was represented wrong on the website. I submitted a 'ticket' on their site only to have them respond with a generic email that said my ticket has been updated. When I sign into rotita.com and check on the updated ticket, it just says that it is waiting for my reply? What is that? I had no idea this company was actually based in China or I would not have ordered. I am not calling China! I have sent an inquiry to PayPal. We'll see what they say. This company should be illegal! Update: I did an 'escalated' dispute through PayPal and was given a full refund within a few hours. Rotita offered me a 25% refund... I told them to keep it. I donated the bathing suit to charity.

ITS a scam the sizes are for Asian women and the clothes are of poor quality, I sent 200 dollars worth of clotes back to them and they never sent my money back. They are using black women to model there clothes to catch everyones EYE! They got me but never again.

My order was said to have shipped within 3-4 days. It didn't get shipped until many weeks after. When it arrived, it was the cheapest/grossest looking thing I have ever received. Not to mention extremely larger than stated. Didn't come close to fitting (I ordered a medium) It was nothing as described. I asked for my money back 10-15 different times prior to my item being shipped and it was constantly ignored and I would get a reply that had nothing to do with me wanting to cancel my order. This place is awful and I will never order from again. I won't let anyone I know order from either. Please save yourself the money and the trouble.

I would like to add to this review in response to Rotita's reply to my initial review.

My order was placed 3/25/16. It did not ship out until 4/11/16 (much longer than the 3-4 days I was initially told). I asked for my order to be cancelled and a refund issued on 4/4,4/5, and 4/9. All of these requests received responses that did not address my request for a cancellation. I then, finally received a response on 4/13 regarding my request for a cancellation, but I was told it could not be done because my order had already shipped. That would not have happened had my initial requests been fulfilled. Now I am being told I can return my item for a refund. OK, I am going to pay the extra money to ship my item to China. I don't trust that my money would even get refunded. To make this right, I want my money back without the hassle of having to ship overseas. I should never have received the item as is. In addition, it is horribly made, incredibly wrong sizing, and no matter size you are, you could not wear this swimsuit. Please don't fall for the continued scam that is Rotita.

We are sorry for that and you can return it back. Have you review our return policy? But it is not worthwhile for you to return according our return policy, you should bear the shipping fee back, it is so expensive and you should wait a long time and we just refund you not include the shipping fee when we send the order for u. As for the one you received, if you really cannot wear them, I suggest giving others as a gift or selling them on line. You will sell them at good price. How about we send you some compensation in your user center, you can use it next time. Pls advise

Ordered a dress, took over two weeks to arrive. Cheap fabric, disgraceful snagged stitching and nothing like the photo advertised. No returns policy in place, they haven't responded to emails regards a return and refund. £35.00 out of pocket and stuck with a dress I would not use to clean the house with!

Not only did it take far too long for my order, but when it finally did come, the bathing suit was awful. Terrible material and looked dirty. I put in a "ticket" for return/refund info and keep getting the runaround. Someone is actually responding, but not giving up the return info I repeatedly ask for. My guess is that they don't have any intentions on refunding me my money. Going to try to dispute with my credit card company. Absolutely ridiculous.

Annoyed! Press to swimsuits a month before moving abroad still nothing! Opened a ticket to reply... Some people are lucky and some aren't! Will never order from a site like this again. Just want my money back!
