I placed an order for two swim suits on 3/29/16. Still have never got my order. I have submitted them multiple tickets to get a response on my order and it only says its pending. I did get an email saying it was process and shipped but I have no tracking number or info to even tell that is even true. Don't buy from them unless you want to be out some money.
I ordered a jeans jumper and I never received it. I was charged but have yet to receive any thing. No email no order number, nothing. I won't be ordering anything else from this company. I wish I had read these reviews before my purchase. What a scam.

It wasn't until after I ordered my item from Rotita.com that I began researching and seeing the awful reviews for their website and clothing. I was very nervous and even cancelled my card after reading the horror stories from people because I was sure I had been scammed as well during my transaction with them. But honestly, I have nothing but good things to say about Rotita. The dress I ordered came within 1-2 weeks which was surprising considering it was shipped from China, and although it's not the best quality... I am still happy with my purchase. I never thought the quality would be top-notch when I only paid $19.99 for it with the discount I used. I feel as though this site is getting slammed because people are paying $10 for a top and thinking it will be Michael Kors quality. Ever heard of champagne-taste on a beer budget? Get over yourselves, people. It's not a scam, it's China.
So like all of these reviews on here this website sucks. They are very quick to snatch your cash from your account but not so quick to send you what you pay for! Surely there should be a law against companies like this and you would think with the amount of bad reviews online that would be enough for an investigation. Unfortunately i have learned my lesson and that is to search for reviews before i purchase anything from a colourful & exciting website again. Never again, im still waiting on my order. Think of the money this company must be making and interest on that cash from hard working people. They probably pay their workers peanuts since quality of the goods that have been received by some of reviewers is shocking!
There must be a way in which we can make a stance and get this company looked into and protect future consumers from losing their money. Its not that cheap either considering you can go into lots of shops now and get good quality clothes for very low price. Notice their response to most reviews are generic and say the same speech to everyone. We are sorry, we did send your item, you ordered pre sale so thats why your waiting, really bad!
Their must be some kind of trading standard for online shopping sites who rip of very hard working people? I wait in hope that i am completely wrong and my order arrives at some point soon and in good condition but i know I'm kidding myself.

This company is a total rip off! They took my money and did NOT deliver the merchandise! They did nothing to resolve any complaints I reported. They have no phone number to communicate, if there is an issue, you have to file a "ticket" and all you get is an auto reply. I requested a full refund, and their auto reply told me they would issue a refund within 3 days of receiving the returned merchandise. How can I return merchandise I never received?

I ordered swimsuits and they took my money, the items weren't shipping and wasn't getting any response do I cancelled the order and called my credit card company and filled a dispute. 2-3 days later I get notified my order shipped. I made it very clear I no longer wanted the items. I don't believe I should pay any shipping fees to send the items back. Why did it take a dispute to get the items to ship? Very bad company! The items aren't any where near the correct size and quality is poor. Couldn't wear the items even if I wanted to keep them.

I am looking forward to wearing it once the summer comes. Also the shipping was super quick for this one. It came within 3 days of ordering. Although i am still waiting on 6 other items i ordered at the same time...
The colors are a lot brighter in person. Think more along the lines of primary colors. It's still nice. The fit is good. It's way too long for me but easily fixed with a belt. For the price this is worth it.

So if I was you reading this, I would take it as a warning to never ever use this site. It a scam, my 65 year old mother who never orders off line took a chance and ordered a cute bathing suit from here and waiting the 3-5 days in excitment she was extremely disappointed to see her money had been withdrawn and 3 weeks later we STILL don't see a swim suit. I will be contacting the credit card company in the AM to cancell and report this company for FRAUD. But this is just a warning to all who plan to order anything from this disorganized, distasteful, and dishonest want to be company. And this will be posted on ALL social media sites and review boards to avoid you people taking advantage of anymore VICTIMS.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
