First off I Ordered a bathing suit and they quickly took my money from my account. Weeks went by and no bathing suit, so I made claim with PayPal. Only then did they ship my bathing suit. Once I recieved I immediately notice a large slit under the breast- I thought maybe it hadn't been sewn correctly, but NO, it had been made like that! I proceeded to try on the bath suit only to discover that my breast fell out from the bottom where the slit was. Needless to say the bathing suit is Junk! It's worthless. I would send it back, but he'll it took me a month to get it I can only imagine how long it would take to get my $25 back! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

Ordered 2 swimsuits which took almost a month to arrive and order shipped only after 'urging shipment' several times AND sending a ticket. When the swimsuits arrived and I excitedly opened them I was sorely disappointed with what had arrived. I immediately packaged them back up, not trying them on out of fear for causing damage and jeopardising receiving a refund. I sent a ticket and they offered a small compensation to use on the website. I said I wouldn't order again from them and that I am protected by consumer law. They do not take this seriously only offering 60% refund. Items are not fit for purpose and I was able to walk into a local supermarket and buy swimsuits for less cost and better quality. I was told by customer service them my expectations of the product were too high given the 'reasonable' price, silly me for thinking that I was paying for swimsuits I could actually use!

I never write reviews but I need to notify ppl about this 'company'. I ordered two white jumpsuits for my sisters bachelorette. I receive them and it look like they were made out of the bedsheets. They were completely see-through. I wanted that shipping address so I could return the items. I have been in contact with them for over a week and they refused to give me the address. They told me to sell them online or perhaps give them as a gift! DO NOT ORDER!

First, I have copies every response form this company and their response to my refund are OUITRAGEOUS! I have added a couple to this review. I paid 20.00 for swimsuit and it arrived damaged so, contacted the company and got the following response: Adminstrator At: 04/26/2016 10:51:16 AM "Sorry it is not up to your expectation, could you pls consider a 3 dollars compensation to your user center? You can use it next time. As you know, if you return it, it will cost you much for the shipping fee. Hope you accept my offer". SERIOUSLY, this practice is not acceptable. Their Refund Policy clearly states - Full Refund for damaged items. I responded back that their offer was a joke and here is what they sent me in return: Adminstrator At: 04/29/2016 11:26:59 AM
"You know the item is of low price, we offer the compensation, we can hardly make benefits. Hope you think twice." Hope I think twice, really? I am going to get my 20.00 worth by filing complaints with the BBB and trying to get them blocked completely from Facebook. I wish I had seen the complaints below before I ordered from the place!

This company does NOT, I repeat, does NOT provide customer service! Unless you don't care if you're satisfied with your order, or not, then stay away! I ordered a bathingsuit which I wanted to return. They did not allow me to create an account so I could contact customer service. They did not answer my emails, etc. In the meantime, I can throw out my purchase.

Paid for my item on 4/6/16, it didn't get shipped out until 4/21/16 (over 2wks later), and as of today, 4/29/16 it is still sitting in Shanghai China! NO PHONE NUMBER to contact anyone about your order! What the heck is wrong with this company? They are a joke and a scam, they take your money and don't care if you EVER get what you paid for.

What a nice surprise!

Wow, this dress is SO much nicer than I expected, given the price. It's very nice quality, with beautiful embroidery. The fabric is just a tiny bit sheer, but I think that's expected in a summer cover-up/dress like this, and the dark color (I got the navy) minimizes it

My bikini took over a month to arrive. Was waaaay to small and the bikini bottoms had not even been sewed together so it was just one long piece of fabric?!
Sooooo poor customer service. Never order from here!

I ordered 2 items first off it took forever to be shipped out even though it states ships within 24 hrs secondly the items I ordered never came instead items I never ever ordered was shipped I was sent items size 3x so I took s lost all the way around I didn't get my items and things that was sent was 3 times my size, This will never happen again cause I wouldn't order from this place. Try giving them a low rating it want let you. They only offered me a 18% refund after I had to go through pay pal to help me make them respond. I give this company no stars and a 1000 thumbs down, they don't know how to treat customers they are not right at all.

Follow up just so happened was going through my emails from ordering from them before I involved pap pal, do you Know these scammers told me well maybe you can give the items to someone you know... so glad I never ordered again and by the way they never sent me a return label

Never order anything from here! It took me over a month to get my item. You can never get in touch with anyone and the swimsuit I ordered is the cheapest material and would never wear. Because there is no customer service I am not even going to bother returning it and would not even donate to the Salvation Army!

I ordered 4 dresses off of rotita.com.

They came fairly on time and two items were not perfect but they were okay. One dress looks nothing like the style in the photo and the other I got in a large but it wouldn't even fit my god daughter who is 10.

I sent a ticket in to request the return address for an exchange and all I get is someone messaging me back and forth suggesting I give the item to a friend or to keep it and they'll give me a mere 15% compensation. Or that I return the items and get 60% back or what I paid.

I have been going back and forth for days with this disrespectful rep suggesting what I should do with my own money and items that I paid for. How dare they. I've offered to pay the shipping upfront and they still try yo get me to change my mind. All they do is try persuade you into saving themselves money and stall until it's too late to do anything.

If I do not get an exchange after my last response was sent it I promise to take legal action upon the store. I've even sent a screenshot of their own return policy to the rep which is a little sad and says a lot about their staff. A company that cannot adhere to their own policy and tries to con customers out of their own money is what everyone says it is: A SCAM.

I've been telling all my friends here in Toronto, my friend's back home in Jamaica AND my friends and family back in China (who live there and agree that this store is garbage) I'm making sure that I spread the word so no one has to go through this mess.

Never again will I shop off rotita.com

Ordered a swimsuit (might I add it's not anywhere near as nice looking as the picture!) took ages to arrive, I submitted a 'ticket' on their site asking when it would be dispatched as my order info was stating Unshipped... Was told it had been and tracking confirmation had been emailed (it hadn't!), then in the next message it hadn't been shipped! Make your mind up! Swimwear finally arrived this week, ordered the size using their sizing chart, it's massive and see through! I'm not a big person but I would hate to scare fellow holiday makers! I've been offered a pathetic $3 credit to my rotita account... As if that's acceptable! Shocking! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Total rip off

Totally awful experience, finally received items after one month since order, the items are awful and I want a refund, however this is even more difficult to achieve as their site offers little if any info about the process, please be warned DO not purchase from this site, items are cheaply made an ill fitting, I am yet to receive a refund

Ordered a cream top. As I wanted plenty of room I ordered size XL although I am only UK size 14. Disgusted at the quality of the material and size turned out to be something like a size 8! Garment is totally unwearable and is only fit for the bin!
Have tried to contact the company but it's saying my sign in details are incorrect when I know I am using the correct sign in details.
