Worst company I've ever dealt with. I paid for extra shipping to get my items by a certain date. It took weeks for them to even get my orders ready. I emailed them several times with very little help. They say return shipping with in 30 days and was told I should just keep my items and try to resell them my self. I'm going to cancel my payment thru my bank. I will be telling everyone I know not to use this rip off company. Horrible, horrible, horrible!

This company sent me a bathing suit that was not sized properly, and they will not take responsibility for it. I asked for a refund and they offered a 20% refund. I said that is unacceptable since it was their fault the bathing was labeled wrong, so they offered 30%. I still said that was unacceptable and they said that the best they would offer is 60% if I returned the item, and I paid for the shipping (in other words I'd be getting like 10% back since these people are from China).

Do not shop here. I don't care what the price is. Go to somewhere local and buy your clothes there. These people are scam artists and will not help, even if it is their fault! STAY AWAY!

The item does not look like what is shown online. The size is not a good fit. I am Asian and I usually buy medium on anything from Asia (small in the US) but the swimsuit is a little big and ill fitting. The swimsuit itself does not look appealing. The pictures shown online are somewhat misleading because the actual item does not look like the item at all. I wanted to exchange it to a smaller size but was told it would cost me 40% just to exchange it. I was even advised to just give it to somebody or even sell it. I'm not buying anything anymore from this site.

I purchased a bathing suit and received it 5 weeks later. It is of very poor quality, in fact you can see through the bottoms. When I submitted a ticket and asked to return the bathing suit, they recommended that I give it to a friend. I do appreciate their humor, but I would never give a poor quality suit to a friend! I have submitted multiple tickets to get a return address, and no response! Please stay away from this company!

If I could've given a zero, that's the score this company would've gotten and even zero is too good. Do not order from this business. They are un-professional, they take your money and don't complete your full order, they try to scam you by offering you discounts on the next order (when you can't even get the first order right)! I've never done business with such a unprofessional, dishonest company as Rotita. Save yourself some money, time, and frustration and do not order from this company. I've turned them into the BBB in hopes to at least be heard and I will continue to tell everyone about this business, total Scam Artist!

I ordered a bathing suit from this site and used their size chart on their website. I figured sizing would be small as product comes from China. I paid additional money to have it shipped faster. I had to follow up several times to ensure product would be delivered. Once shipped I the. Received an email that I have to pay duty on the product so a 40$ bathing suit was now costing me 70$. Once it arrived the product is 2 times to big for me. I contacted them about returning and all they have done is offer me a 3$ coupon for their web site. I should have listened to all the negative reviews on this page. I will never order from them again.

Delivery takes weeks. Only got mine because I put in a claim to Paypal and suddenly they miraculously dispatched it!
Awful quality. Stitching rubbish. Returns policy a joke. They argue the toss, and try to get you to keep it and get a percentage refund. I insisted on a full refund, but their terms state that the buyer pays the P&P... to China! This is where they get you as the P&P cost may outweigh what you paid for the item!

I placed my order on April 15th and paid extra for a less than 1 week shipping, it is not May 5th (3 weeks later). I did pay through PayPay, thank God, and had an address mix up, but that was resolved within a few days. However, since the correct address was updated my items still have yet to arrive. I wish I would have read the reviews before I made my purchase, which I still do not have. I will NOT be ordering from them again. Worst online purchasing experience ever!
