Ordered a bikini. The elesticity in the top was gone. The bottem was an other size. So I could only throw it away. After a lot of emails they give me only 20% of my money back.
HORRIBLE experience from Rotita! I bought a swimsuit and ordered according to their sizing guidelines. It was a horrible fit- the bottoms were too small and the top WAY too large. When contacting customer service, this is what they told me:
"our size is Asian size, so it may not so perfect for u, pls understanding
Dont worry about it, you can return it back. But have you review our return policy? Because it is not worthwhile for you to return according our return policy, they need to charge you the shipping fee when they send the order to u, it is about 40% of the order and so expensive, also you should wait a long time and you should bear the shipping fee back. As for the one you received, if you really cannot wear them, I suggest giving others as a gift or selling them on line. You will sell them at good price."
So basically, if you want proper sizing, you'll have to guess. And if you want to exchange, they won't let you anyway. BEWARE!

This dress is very nicely made. It looks adorable and was just as described by the seller. I am very happpy with my selection.
I ordered quite a few items from this company. Not only did they take weeks and weeks to come, when they came they were all far to big, even though I checked their size guide. The quality was cheap and nasty, and not at all like the images. I have tried to get a refund as they are in breech of the Consumer goods Act, but have been firstly asked to give the clothes to a friend! Or sell them on myself which I would never do as I could not live with myself knowing that somebody may pay money for this tat. They then offered a 15% refund. How can they get away with this? Light weight and easy to wear. The delivery was a little slow but when I received, it is actually better than the picture. Very happy with this purchase.
Ordered a dress from them, took my measurements and ordered a size up as they said they ran small. Still did not fit. When I ordered I was told they would pay for return shipping if the error was on their end. Now they refuse, telling me I should just give it to a friend. Horrible customer service. Since posting my review, they have responded, but still refuse to pay for the shipping to return the item.

Do not order from this company! If you feel you must, do it with PayPal so you at least have a fighting chance to get your $$$ back.
After your purchase, Rotita will give you a Tracking #. After about a month the Tracking company will say "Item has been delivered" This is fraudulent. Items simply do not get delivered.
You cannot call to dispute (well you can if you want to call Asia on your dime) Email only. They will give you a ticket #. Then the computer generated responses will begin "Item delivered" RIDICULOUS.
Soooooo if you really think you need a piece of clothing from this crappy company (really just go to Forever 21 and save yourself) PLEASE just spend the least amount of $$ you can, go through PayPal and understand that it is an experiment and lesson that will cost you... in time, money and cheap clothing.

Thr response you gave me on the rating was different from the response the company gave me when I opened up a ticket and requested an investigation with the company directly. Please tell me what proof would I possibly have to send to your guys if I never received my order. I already had the supposed delivery date from the investigation. Your company sucks and I plan to share this info on social media... Now please be more specific what kind of proof would you like for me to send you. I have my statement reflecting the purchase and you have a record of the purchase as well. There's nothing worst than getting ripped off than dealing with a company with conflicting stories or shall I say lies.

By far the worst customer service ever! I accidently placed a double order and not within 2 mins did I notice I mad a mistatke, I notified them asap with no response other than saying "something that didn't ever pertain to what i needed assistance with. Must of notified them@ least 4/5 other times with no response! Now mind you they hadn't even shipped my orders yet and still shipped them with no regard to my complaints. I received the items and i have to say the quality is worse than i expected. I know the price is right but jeezzz...
They still haven't acknowledged my complaints and now i want to ship it all back and get a refund! Oh, let me guess, that probably won't be easy!
My fault for not noticeing where the products were coming from.

I ordered what looked like a really nice casual hooded dress and gym top. They arrived and were of the poorest quality and looked nothing like the pictures. I was given no order number and tried to contact customer service via email with several late badly worded unprofessional responses advising me to try selling them on eBay rather than return, then offering 30% refund instead of return, they also advised i would have to pay fro shipping and would only refund 60%. It has taken about 4 emails of me asking for a return address and them trying various tactics to avoid giving... i still havent received to writing this review as a helpful warning to others

I ordered the red three quarter length backless jumpsuit. In the photos it looked vibrant red and flowy. It arrived today and the colour was wrong and clung to me like spandex. I looked for a return address and there was none. I tried Customer Services. Nothing worked. I tried Live Chat and no one was online to help. I then tried e-mail and it just told me to read their return policy. I ordered the jumpsuit 2-2.5 weeks ago. Absolutely DO NOT use this website! Waste of money.

This company is not reputable, I orderd a butter colored jumpsuit, and received a cheap mustard colored polyester pajama!

When I sent the pictures to them side by side, they tried to barter with me to give me a 60% refund. I told them this what not acceptable, I will only agree to send this item back and be refunded 100%.

This site has the WORST customer service ever. They tell you they will ship within 24 hours yet 10 days later there has been no activity so you cancel your order. They do not acknowledge your cancellation and instead, 2 days later, send you an email stating your order has shipped. It's coming from China so it'll take another 3 weeks. After reading the other reviews on here, I'm not expecting to receive a quality item. Usually you get what you pay for but somehow I'm pretty sure I'll be receiving FAR LESS than what I paid for. Plus they send promotional emails daily... I will never, EVER, buy from these scam artists again.

We don't receive your cancellation request before order sent out. And we have sent the order by faster shipping than you choose, it will deliver in 1-2 weeks.
I'm not sure how this company is in business. I paid for expedited shipping (under a week) and the swimsuit didn't arrive for a month. I asked to cancel the order before it had been processed and shipped (which the company says can be done on the website), but they refused. When I got the suit, it's huge. A medium would fit a DD bust. There is no size tag on the product, so who knows truly what size I got. Every other review about returns and product quality is true as well. All I want to do is return the product for a full refund since I paid extra for express shipping, tried to cancel before it was shipped and have the wrong size. (on top of that, the white on the suit will definitely be see-through when wet).

My original order was placed on March 30,2016. It's now May 6th and I yet to receive my package in the mail. When I was finally provided with a tracking number all it says is that it's in transit. Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
