Very Disappointed

I ordered a bathing suit on 6th May and still have not received it. I did many times to track the item and place a ticket to find out where its at and unfortunately was unable to. I do alot of online orders and never in my life had a site say it will be shipped in 24 hours and I still never received it. After reading all of the reviews I am praying mine fits properly and can with stand the usage I intend to use. We live by the water and I am in the water alot. If I have to return it I pray we will not have complications. They have some nice products and wanted to order more glad I did not until I see the quality of the product. Hoping for the best.

Ok I got my bathing suit a month later and I wear an large to XL in the US so I went according to their chart got an XXL and I dont think they use a size chart they just sew material together because some parts fit ok and others parts of the bathing suit was extremely small on me I so disappointed

Is it true that your website consist of stolen pictures from fashion magazines or other clothing websites?, is it true that people pay for express orders and they still don't get their merchandise for months? And IS IT TRUE THAT ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE CUSTOMERS PAYMENT THEY HAVE NO WAY OF CONTACTING YOU AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T ANSWER?, AND is it true that when people finally do receive their merchandise it is nothing like the pictures that you display on your website?... It’s a pity that you leave a bad review but you don’t ever purchase on our website. I guess it’s not fair for us at all.
We have been providing free shipping and high quality products all over the world. Some customers may not like them, but they have right to return and get a refund.
Meanwhile, there are many bad reviews not written by real customers, but fraud competitors. We really despise it.

Back in March I ordered three swimsuits, which I did not receive for almost 2 months, and this was after I contacted the company to find out where they were. Then when I did receive them they fit terribly, the material was cheap and did not stretch as a bathing suit is meant to stretch. I was incredibly dissatisfied with the service, and asked for a refund, to which I went back and forth in several messages. Finally after having voiced a complaint on sitejabber they reported they would give me a full refund. I sent the swimsuits back in June and have still yet to receive my refund they continue to promise! Stay away from this scam of a company! If I could give 0 stars believe me I would.

STILL HAVE NOT GOT ANYWHERE WITH THIS COMPANY! 5/26/16 Wish I would of seen this before ordering. I have finally got my $164 order and it is horrible. I checked the size chart and everything. NOTHING FITS & QUALITY is HORRIBLE. I even went a size bigger. To top it off one of the items is damaged. I have sent emails back and forth and I keep getting the most ridiculous replies. They will NOT return my stuff. Reading all of these reviews is so sad. We work hard for our money and they just keep ripping people off.

I purchased a really cute dress that they have on their website for a wedding. I was really excited when it got here. When I opened it I was so disappointed. The dress looked nothing like what is on their website. Very cheap material, different color and different style. I contacted them and was told not to expect some expensive dress when their prices are very low. Never again am I going to buy from them. I will make sure this site gets taken down. Oh and they only wanted to give me 60% of my money back and wanted me to pay for return.

If you value your money do not order from this site.

Their clothes are poor quality, arrived damaged, and then company refuses to issue a full refund. First they only wanted to refund me 20% of the order and now they're saying they will only refund 60%. Since I have to pay for return shipping to China a 60% refund is unacceptable.

Getting them to ship anything is a nightmare. As soon as I told them to cancel my order before it shipped... they shipped it and are now trying to make every attempt to not refund me and keep every penny they can.

Their response time is slow to say the least. Expect to wait days to receive an answer to your question.

I ordered a swimsuit and two bikinis which look lovely, but the sizing is completely off by about 5 sizes! I have submitted a ticket to customer services twice now so that I can return the items for a refund but I have heard nothing back. Very unhappy with this service I would not recommend.

SCAM, FRAUD!

I ordered 7 dresses and paid for expedited shipping charges to be sent to me within 2-3 business days.

1. first, although I paid extra for expedited shipping the items were sent to me only after a week and half

2. Although I paid for 7 dresses only 6 were there. 1 dress was damaged had a big hole. 1 dress was a color that i never ordered. The other 4 dresses were way shorter than the length that was specified on the website ( mid calf length). More like above the knee length. Poor material and poorly sewn with strings hanging from everywhere.

3. i wanted to return the items to them, so i left a message on their website asking for the return address. It's only 2 more days to go before the 30 day expiration, but they are still giving me the run around. Not telling me exactly where to sent the items.

4. THESE PEOPLE ARE HIDING BEHIND A WEBSITE AND CHEATING HONEST CUSTOMERS OUT OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE AND BEWARE OF THE SIMILAR WEBSITES SUCH AS THESE.

I ordered a dress that came nearly a month later, is COMPLETELY see through, if I could give no stars I would have but it made me give at least 3 on the review but then wouldn't even post it on their site. It has Material you could spit through. Seriously awful there is no way anyone could wear this unless it's over a bikini on the beach. Their customer service is not only terrible it is non existent! I asked questions 3 times with no response! I urge you Do not waste your money!

I finally received my order and my first thought was how horrible the quality was of the material. Even though I ordered the same size in 2 different bathing suits, the top on the first one was literally falling off of my, but the bottoms fit me perfectly. I don't have a huge $#*! either. They were made completely wrong. The second bathing suit was waaaaay too tight. I contacted them about getting a refund and they told me that the sizing is different for each bathing suit and I should have checked that first. That does not explain how the top on the bikini was falling off me and the bottoms fit me. They said they recommend me giving them as gifts, but they would help me pick out the correct size which I would have to pay for. Thieves! Do not use this company.

I purchased a swimsuit. It arrived roughly one month after I paid.

The suit is made wrong. The bottoms fit fine but the top is gigantic!

Went to the website and submitted a "ticket" and have heard nothing from them! Guess I'm out $25!

I ordered a bathing suit on Sunday 5/15/16, but on Monday 5/16/16 I received an email stating that you were unable to fulfill my order because the swimsuit was out of stock, and that I needed to contact you for a refund and within the same minute you sent another email stating that since you didn't hear from me that you guys were crediting my Rotita account. Now I can't even sign into my account and see what the credit is. When I sent a reply to the email you guys sent requesting a refund to my credit card, I did not receive a response. I am so not happy and I will be reporting this to the better business bureau!

I ordered a bathing suit from Rotita and have never had more issues with an online company. It took over a month to get my product. I had to send a request for status and finally received a response that the swim suit was being shipped. I wonder how much longer it would have taken if I wouldn't have sent the request for status. When the swimsuit came, it was stained with blue ink spots. In addition, it was poorly constructed and poor quality. It actually looked faded. Customer Service is a joke. The responses were insulting and not helpful. I was told that there was really nothing I could do because I would have to pay for shipping (which is more than what I originally paid for the swimsuit). They also recommended I sell my defective bathing suit online or give it as a gift. Finally, after placing several complaints, I was told that the company would be willing to give me a $3.00 credit. When you mail a defective product YOU should pay for the shipping AND refund the customers money. I will never do business with this company again. Absolute joke. Beware!

Awful quality items received (after a long delay), although I ordered the same size in everything (as per their size guide), each item fit completely differently. Quality of material is very cheap.
I'm now having to debate back and forth that I want to return the items and they want me to keep them and offering me 15% compensation instead, telling my returning them back is expensive and takes ages. Only now reading reviews I can see that this seems to be their MO - I will never order something from this site again and will be warning all my friends not to also.

I purchased 2 swimsuits and when I received them they were not of the quality I was hoping for and were too large. I contacted their customer service, per their return policy, to get an address and authorization code. They did not want to give me the info. Told me it wouldn't be worth it to return it and that I should try to sell them. I finally got them to give me the info but are telling me that I will not get 100% refund even though I'll pay to have it shipped back to them. Bad customer service. Horrible quality.
