This waist trainer is definitely one of the best products I've bought on Rotita. I love the material; it is very comfortable to wear without anything underneath, which has been a problem for me in buying corsets and waist trainers. You forget that you have it on. I bought a size small, which is what I wear in most of my clothes but it was so hard to get on. It's like putting a bra on but with like 20 hooks instead of 2. It's tight, but not uncomfortably tight. If you don't wanna force your tummy in before you've gotten used to it I would recommend getting a size up if possible

I must have read 100 product reviews online on Rotita Swimwear trying to get the right size. I am 4-6 USA, size S, so translating all my 'inches' measurements into their cm guidelines was pure torture. But I went with XL and One Size items to be safe.
When I got the stuff, it was SO small plus BEWARE there were no buttons, no tie, no hooks (in back, NOTE you see no back views!) & no stretch so literally NO WAY to pull the tops over my shoulders. I can truly only assume they cut and pinned the swimwear onto a model to show it. Even the "one size" (fits all) did not fit. It was complete fail which I paid for with PayPal.
SO THEN THE SMASH IN THE FACE: no matter Rotita says on their site if there's a mistake and THEY made it, they'll pay for the return. NO WAY. Their measurement charts are way off, I order clothes and shoes all day long on line and follow charts without a problem. But it was their mistake and they would not pay for the return. First they offered me a credit towards my next order (I spent $90.25 with them!) then when I said absolutely NOT nothing fits! They offered me $10 and said 'oh too bad, shipping things back was so expensive it was not worth it". They absolutely did not work in good faith to resolve this.

Instead, after offering $10 and then $15... they SAID to make a claim with Paypal. Why? Because Paypal policy is: you have to return the item. TO CHINA. Guess the cost for this 2# of worthless too-small, not stretchy rubbish? $55! Just ridiculous and they know it.

This is the second time I've ordered direct from China, the other time was bike parts, lights etc... both times there have been mistakes in what they sent and NO WAY to return the items. I have learned my lesson. Google "paypal chinese scam" or "ebay chinese scam" and see there are hundreds of people that have learned the hard way... if you receive a package of ANYTHING, PayPal makes you return it if it doesn't work out, which is so expensive, we just eat it.

Unless you are willing to GIVE them your money -- do not order. Other than being the wrong size, it was the same appalling flimsy, itchy cheaply made stuff "from China". Whatever the models were wearing, either they had tucks, pins and good photography, or what they ship is not the same quality. One suit had one of the 6 trim buttons hanging by a thread already, no way IF it had fit I'd try that swimming.

This is my second review on Rotita. I initially reported having bought adult clothes that were cheap, transparent and children sizes. They have for months refused to give me a refund. Thier emails are poorly worded and offer only 20% refund and they explain it is in dollars. They will not give you returns address they just tell you it's in China. They explain they don't make much profit from the sale of clothes this is why they can't offer full refund. My reply to my previous post is written in a better standard of english, they offer a full 100% refund (for your benefit reading this) and they deny this when I follow it up. No one has given me full refund I'm still stuck at 20%. So they are clearly intentionally not paying me the money, it's not an oversight they are just choosing not to pay. Totally disappointed and will be reporting it to trading standards and a solicitor.

Ordered a top and a cardigan which took 3-4 weeks to arrive, the quality was that poor you wouldn't use it as a dishrag. I have been having correspondence with customer service and after 20 exchanges, they agreed for me to post back to Shanghai, full tracking and recorded by royal mail, and only if they receive it they will give me back 60%. Postage is going to be more than the refund. Likewise if only I had read the reviews. They also say that if tax is charged in China, the buyer is liable. This company should be stopped

I purchased 5 pieces of clothes from this garbage place. All the clothes came and they were garbage, you could see through all of them, fabric was so cheap. The clothes were 4 sizes too small, even though I ordered my size. When you reach out to them they don't respond to you. And they tell you some nonsense about filling out a ticket. They want to only give you back 60% of you money because they claim they take 40% for shipping. They say free ahipping on their website, so what kind of shipping they could possible need, they also say full refund within 30 days. All a bunch of crap. I have made it a point to put up a message on the facebook site to anyone considering buying clothes from these idiots. I have my daughter the clothes to wear as costumes senior yr. That's how bad the clothes are. And they don't allow you to post pictures of the clothes they send you. If you were selling good clothes you would want customers posting pics of them wearing the clothes. DO NOT BUY CLOTHES FROM THEM. And they go by more than one name. But all the clothes are the same crap.
