Customer service was excellent. I ordered this dress in gold and I didn't like it in gold. So I asked to change my order to champagne a day later and they did. Shipping was accurately on time and the dress was packaged okay. It was neatly folded in a bag. I loved this dress from the moment I first tried it on.
I received the package from Rotita.com. The color of the dress is just like the picture. The shipping time of my order is faster than I expected. I am happy with this purchase.

I Ordered then 1 hour later asked them to cancel the order as their website states if cancelled within 12 hours you get a full refund.

Wow! I absolutely love this dress. I order the black one with pink polka dots in a size large. I'm usually an 11/12 so it fits true to size. I wore a 25" petticoat underneath to give it more flare. The material does have some stretch and is very soft and comfortable. I plan to order more dresses!

I ordered a dress that looked very cute. It was relatively inexpensive but I thought it would be cute for a costume. I received the dress and it was made out of material we would use for a slip. It looked nothing like the original dress. They refused to refund my money. Customer service first said I should be happy because I did not "pay much". Then they said if I return it will give me 65% of that and I have to pay return shipping to China. Most of the other companies from China that I've dealt with have a return center in the US. Do not buy from them

We have been devoting to offer good products with low price, but it maybe up to your expectation. So you could return anything you want, under the condition it's in original condition. Postal service is a good way to return, and I suppose it’s not much expensive. After we get the return package, 100% refund will be issued.

Bought this for my wife. She loves the red, white and blue. Shipping seemed to take a while, but the savings on the price pretty much makes up for that. She had worn this several times already and washed it a couple. Seems to be holding up well. We spend the summer at the lake so time will tell how well it holds together.

My experience was great! I read a lot of negative reviews about this site and how long it took for people to get their products, but I got my sweater and headband in 3 weeks and they are exactly what was pictured. They came neatly packaged and were exactly what I ordered. The quality was better than I had expected. And they all fit perfectly,. I would definitely order from them again.

Really sweet clothes. Nicer with a belt. Maybe a tad short to what I usually wear. Much stretch in it and breathable. Besides, price is very reasonable. Took a lot longer than normal time to ship but very prompt to communicate back to me when I made an enquiry.
