I read all these horrible negative reviews about this site but I loved the dresses and the prices so I wanted to see for myself. I was hesitant to order from this site because of the reviews. I figured for a dress that it was worth the risk. I messaged them the day I placed the order and told them it was for a wedding. They emailed me right back and shipped the dress the next day. I received the dress in less than 10 days and it fits really well.
So, I'll be honest, no, I have not ordered anything off of this site, however after a quick perusal thus morning, I know I never will, and I'd like to share my incredibly sketchy experience.
So I've seen them Facebook, most of us have, and decided to look. And I first saw them advertising "a $50 coupon for subscribing". I thought, 'that's a great idea. Then if this turns out to be crap, I didn't spend hardly anything.'
Well turns out, it's a lie. It's 10 "$5 off any purchase over $39" oh, and before you ask, nope, can't stack them. I tried. Since you know, they advertised it as "A $50 Coupon" which implies one single coupon for $50 off. And no, there was no fine print on their little advertisement.
So I tried to do their "live chat" which ONLY works for pre-sale items. So I just submitted a ticket (like they tell every person to do in their responses on all of these websites). Well guess what I got almost immediately. That's right. An email saying that it couldn't be sent. So aka, they don't even have a working customer service thing. No wonder they keep telling everyone to do that.
Also their "15% off any order" is not in fact off any order.
All of these coupons show 0 restrictions or fine print, because I have worked retail, if they did, I would have read it. But no, none of them do.
All of this alone tells me their sketchy.
Not to mention, every single review I saw was mostly 5 stars, with one or two 4. I have NEVER seen a website have that many positive reviews. So that tells me something is up.

I ordered 4x different dresses.
Ix came and 3x of the same arrived. I tried and tried to get their address to return the 2x of the same back.
They would not give me the address, instead I was told to sell them on ebay?
Not only was the quality shocking but the dresses were nothing like what was advertised.
I continued to ask for my money back and eventually I was offered to keep the dresses and a refund of £8 was in credit for me. So, like a fool I thought I would use the £8 credit by ordering another item. The other dress came and all I can say is that Barbie would have a hard time getting it on and I have washed my floors with better floor cloths.
Then I got an invoice from Inland Revenue for the bill of £28?
I called Inland Revenue and they said it was because Rotita had not declared the amount in the package so the Inland Revenue automatically open it and I get charged for that

This is a nice jacket, not too heavy and not too light. I received it a lot sooner than expected and it's exactly as you see it in the picture. I'm going to order it in a different color as well.

I ordered 2 sweaters that looked roomy and gorgeous (I am a slim lady) they finally showed up and are so UNBELIEVABLY small they wouldn't fit a dang Barbie (not kidding) and the quality is trash. I called customer service and some lady answers the phone "Hello" she doesn't even say "Rotita" and her English is so bad you can hardly understand her, I just got frustrated and hung up. Package showed up with no receipt, no return label nothing. The package was completely empty besides my 2 trashy sweaters that i'll never wear and have no idea what to do with since I tried to get a return label from this company and their website and no luck... please do not ever order anything from this site... COMPLETE RIP OFF AND SCAM!
The quality was as expected for a cheap dress but the sizing is a joke XXl and will not fit a size 14 (me) my friend who is a 12 can not do up the back.
After reading these reviews (wish I had read before) I am not going to bother to try and return it as it seems I will get nowhere for a lot of hassle, off to the charity shop it goes.
Also a shame that a lot of the feedback seems to be a standard reply and accuses you of having expectations too high!

This dress is amazing! Looks exactly like the picture and color I ordered. It came quicker than I expected. The beading on the back is beautiful. However, i do not like the fact that you cant view the dress in the color you want it in that made me a little nervous other than that everything went perfect and I will continue to purchase from Rotita.

I love this site. Rotita has a wide variety of products. I have ordered various products from them and they have all been fantastic, especially the swimsuits. They also have excellent customer service. If you have problems with your orders, they are always willing to resolve any issues. The reply is very quickly. I love the products as well the service!
