I wanted to share that I had an awesome experience with Rotita. Quality of products is awesome and I would definitely buy here again. I'm very happy with shipping. I paid for expedited shipping and I got my products faster than the stores here in the U.S. I placed my order on a Sunday and by Thursday I had all of my dresses at my door step.
I'm 5'04", 120 pounds and it fits me like a glove! Couldn't believe how perfect of a fit it was, it hits me literally right at my ankle. The material is stretchy too which is nice. If it wasn't stretchy it probably would have been tight to zip up but with the stretch it was great. Best buy I've ever had

I bought the necklace when it was on sale. I thought the quality might not be as good as others since its price is very low, but I know I was totally wrong when I open my package. All the decorations is just like the picture. Only one pendant has a scratch but it is totally OK.

Then she contacts the factory and introduced some beautiful belts which can match my dress, and they are very cheap. Now I am waiting for my package again!

Then, although the goods were despatched from a u. K. address, they say the returns have to go to shanghai... for a 60% refund... just outrageous.

The order back from June that I never received is going to be 70% refunded.
As of today September 16,2016 Rotita never refund me the 70% on the order I placed back in June which I never received. When I received the email that they were going to refund 70% another customer replied and said you will never get it and they were right sorry to say.

This company is a scam. It is true, "if something looks or sounds to good to be true, it probably is". Their merchandize is pure crap! Trust me, nothing looks like it does in the pictures. I have found this company to be a nite mare to deal with. Clothes arrived 2 months later (so too late for my holidays) quality was very bad and sizing was a joke. As soon as I received them I returned them and 2 months later I still have not received a refund or even an acceptable response from them. Their online chat service is a joke. You never get a straight answer or can't even understand the English most times. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE They are not worth the hassle and you will be at a loss. They have unlawfully kept my payment of 105.00 dollars. Disgraceful..
