Do not order from this site. Ordered something 3 weeks ago and still has not come in! Customer service is HORRIBLE at communicating! Hopefully I receive my package or at least an estimated day of arrival (which I never got either because it's still in China) but this is the first and last time I will be ordering from this site. By the time I get my bathing suit it'lol probably be snowing.

Nice Quality

I love this dress in rotita.com! I'm very busty and the V-neck design made me nervous that it would look obscene on me, but it covered everything adequately. It was also very flattering without being clingy. I wore it for my five year anniversary and got lots of compliments.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered at the beginning of the July, it said in transit. Its now 22nd September and email after email I still dont have any goods. The seem to be refusing to refund 'as they have shipped they have suffered loss to'. I can have a refund put to my store card. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. In my eyes, Rotita are a massive scam and has put me off facebook site shopping!

Pretty dress, great price

I received this dress in rotita a day early, which was exciting, and it's GORGEOUS, which makes it that much better. For the price, the material is very nice and the sizing seems accurate to typical US sizes. It's very comfortable and flattering. I will buy more in rotita.com.

Scam!

I ordered 5 items. I paid in full and a few days later an email came to ask for my ID as I was a new customer. They asked for a copy of my drivers licence, passport or bank card! I refused and asked for a refund but they said they would rather give me a credit towards something else there but I said the same issue will occur as I'm not prepared to give them my ID. They then said they will refund me less $15 ($3 per item) and I said NO! I told them that they accepted my money without ID and without telling me that ID was required so therefore they can return my money without charging me! No response as yet!
Do NOT use them.

The dress in Rotita is very cool and breathable. Fit is perfect! Nice simple cut and design. Fabric is so soft with some stretch. Fabric is not too thin - no need for a slip, not see through. I will buy more dress in rotita and recommend it to my friends.

Flattering AND comfortable!

I bought a dress in rotita. What a lovely casual-to-semiformal dress in rotita! I'm 5'6,160 lbs, size 10-12. I'm happy with the large but I think a medium would have worked too. Pay attention to the size chart. It falls just above my knee. The fabric is wonderful and stretchy, like a soft t-shirt. I will buy in rotita again.

Ordered 15 items, all the same size, only 5 fit the others were so small that my sister who is 3 dress sizes smaller than me struggled to get in them: items are all wrong sizing and a lot of them are crap quality - nothing like described or even shown on the pictures! I have been emailing them back and forth, at first they wanted me to keep the items and give me 15% credit to use on their website. I declined as these 10 items I could not wear, wouldn't get my money back if I sold on eBay (like they suggested) and do not want to order anything from them again!
So 19 emails later and I am still battling with them. They have now said they will refund me if I send the items back but I will need to pay shipping (fine I just want it sorted) but also they would only refund me 60% worth of the items. Even though they are having the items back they want to keep 40% - they said this is for the cost of shipping it me in the first place. So when I worked out 40% of my items it was £120. I have now emailed again taking it further, I do not believe for one minute it cost then £120 to send my items.
This company is a scam, their customer service is sooo bad it's disgusting, the company needs to be shut down!
Do not order from them, you will be disappointed!
The communication is awful, they email you back with very broken English, I've asked to speak with a manger 3 times but nothing. They don't even to seen to understand the questions you are asking. You go round in circles.

Can't see reasons for poor scores for Rotita. You have an issue and they sort straight away and compensate you for your time, any company can accept and send an order but a good company knows how to look after their customers. Great service.

I gave this company 5 stars. I do not appreciate someone else giving a review and saying my review is fake. It is not. I wore my dress and I received nothing but compliments on it. You cannot say or prove any of these reviews are not valid. Just because you had a bad experience does not mean everyone has had a bad experience. I will be ordering from them again.

What you don't know, is that when you place your order -from China- that it's going to take weeks. Everything runs very small, not true to size, and is of extremely poor quality. You cannot return your items, as it would cost more to return in shipping fees than your trashy item costs. The whole deal is a scam. Get ready to bend over if you do business with them. I HAVE SENT THEM EMAILS AS THE BIKINI BOTTOMS I RECEIVED HAD A FAULT IN THEM, THEY REPLIED ASKING FOR A PHOTO. I HAVE SENT THE PHOTO 4 TIMES. I HAVE WANTED TO RETURN THINGS BEFORE AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD ONLY GIVE ME A 60% REFUND. THEN THEY WOULDNT GIVE ME A RETURN ADDRESS AS THEY SAID IT COST TOO MUCH TO RETURN. IF I DONT GET A REPLY IN THE NEXT DAY I AM GOING TO TAKE IT HIGHER. H HAYME,
You need to pay for the shipping fee if you want to make an exchange or return. It is not worth returning the goods due to the postage costs, right? As for the one you received, if you really cannot wear them, I suggest giving others as a gift or selling them on line.
How about you keep the item and we give you some compensation? This is their latest email!
