Wish id found these reviews before ordering! The dress i got is so much tighter than youd expect for the size and there are no return options. Just wasted my money!
DO NOT purchase from this company. They will not refund you 100% and they are in China. You will have to pay shipping to return and even though their site says FREE shipping. It is not. They end up charging you when you try to return items.

Bought dresses from Rotita, took over one month to receive. Colors of the dresses were BAD. The dresses were too short only coming down to mid butt and I had brought them larger then there normal size. Trying to send them back was ridiculous, they didn't want to refund me all the money 60% only because even though it was free shipping they have to charge you for the shipping to send it and I now have to pay to send it back to china, which is an exorbitant amount. VERY DISSATISFIED! I have filed a complaint with PayPal, they should not do business with this Company.
Ordered a jean jacket on Oct 31st. Have submitted 2 tickets to inquire and their response is that tracking isn't updated often. Wish I had read these reviews before making this purchase! Can something be done to put them out of business?
This is the worst piece of clothing I have ever seen. My wife ordered a coat that looked amazing on their site. Honestly it is embarrassing and no one would be stupid enough to wear it. It looked like a blind 100 year old brain dead with no hands had made it. Do not go near this lot as they are a disgrace and you are just throwing your money away.

Not the material or size stated when buying, when asking for a return instructions was told... better off trying to sell privately or e-bay etc as will only give 60% refund and I will have to pay for return post to china! It was a uk website I ordered from! Also told what do I expect for the money! Well at the very least I expect to be able to wear what I brought! So the outcome is I will get about £20 of my £70 spent back that's if they are true to that promise which I doubt... really sad:-(( I am left with NOTHING. TOTAL SCAM surely this is illegal
Completely fraud... never received merchandise they say it was sent to incorrect address... When you request a refund they say they will give 60 percent. Run... look else where. Poor service. I will never shop you here agaim
This site offers CHEAP items with fake photos. I ordered a sweatshirt and the one I got was NOTHING like the picture online. Horrible material. Tried contacting customer service twice and was emailed back once and then ignored once they realized I wanted a refund.
My dresses are I unwearable and I was charged £11.25 customs fees or the post office wouldn't deliver. I paid the fees, Rotita said thank you & after several emails asked me for the invoice for the customs charges. My saga continues. I was hoping for at least the grace for them to refund these costs for delivery. NOW CHANGED NAME TO MODILY
They chared me twice and sent me two dresses that are both horrible. The dress is two different colors that don't even come close to matching, and the bottom is two feet longer than the picture on the website. NO WAY IT COULD BE WORN! I took pics and sent them in and they want me to keep the dresses and give me 30% foe one item. After reading all these reviews, I think we should start a class action lawsuit against them. If I could rate this, site a zero, I would!
I odered items and the money was taken from my paypal right away but items were not received for several weeks. Some items did not look the same as pictured. I am currently trying to return items and be credited but the service department is not getting back to me. There was no receipt or way of returning within the shipment. The dress may be cute but it so isn't worth it.

They don't even deserve 1 star. I ordered a tankini 3 weeks ago. Looked up the tracking as it seemed to be taking ages to get here. It said the addressee (me) had received it. I have received nothing. Checked with my local Post Office yesterday and again this morning - nothing. The post office said they would never just leave the parcel as I had to sign for it. I checked my letter box to see if there was a slip from the post... nothing. I send them a 'contact ticket' yesterday and again this morning and haven't heard a peep from them. I'm guessing it will never arrive but they happily took my money. Will NEVER EVER buy from this mob again.

The actual size was only a third as of that describe. What was suppose to be a snuggle elephant (to cradle an infant) but this could cradle a mouse. Disappointing!
I paid for 2 day shipping on November 1st I didn't get my order in till November 18th the dresses were ordered three sizes larger than I normally wear but they don't fit the arms of the dresses are too small the fabric of the material and the pictures are misleading the quality is not as great as they make it look in the pictures I'm angry with myself because I feel like I kind of promoted slave labor I'm sure the women Men Who Built these dresses work really hard but they're just very poorly made there was a hole in one of the pockets of the dresses... if you can do all the research you can on this company before you place an order and if at all possible no shade on China but please shop American that's the best way to go because you'll get the quality that you're looking for and we have laws that kind of protect us from people saying one thing and then doing something completely different

I bought a dress which arrived not the same as shown in the picture, the bottom is far different. It is in poor quality, seeing-through, and no material labeling and washing guild attached to it. It looks much worse than your oldest pajama. It is a piece of CRAP! The size is very weird; the size guide is completely non-sense. I tried this site since they say free shipping and free return for new users. Unfortunately, they are cheating! They offered 30% refund and suggested me donate or gift it to friends, or I get 60% refund and pay for shipping back China. They are ripping off customers by penalizing them as being their customers. I guess they are making money this way, so don't buy anything on this site! You will be completely pissed by the product and service! So stay FAR away!
I ordered from another off the wall site and spent 45 dollar's wish I had read the reviews first. Its now been two weeks and order is still not here. Was told the order comes from China so I'm guessing a lot of these sites are the same so I will spend my money on a more reliable site.
