Please take my advice and do not buy anything - they are dishonest, untruthful do not respond to emails and have no concern for their customers at all. There are other equally good sites so please avoid this one
I had ordered a coat for my wife and it was supposed to ship within 6-10 business days. At the end of that period, I noticed it still showed as unshipped. I inquired about the status and the rep reported it was backordered. I started looking at the reviews for this company and noticed that there were a lot of bad reviews and started to panic. I emailed the company and explained that this was a Christmas present and would not arrive in time for me to give it to my wife. I explained that I wanted a FULL refund for canceling since the item wasn't available. They replied that it may take a few days to reflect on my account but in less than two hours, I had an email showing that the purchase amount had been fully refunded. Even though I didn't get item that I wanted, I am giving them 5 stars because they did resolve the issue to my satisfaction. There may be some validity in some of the other bad reviews but I think that dealing with a company with a pleasant tone to your communications will go a lot further than just bashing them.
I ordered a bathingsuit over 3 months ago! Still have not received it, have been emailing and they are acting stupid about my order as if I didn't place an order with them. They answer back every 5 days which by that point why bother! Told they would refund me half my compensation... But where the hell is my bathingsuit? Total bull$#*!

Although Rotita has some beautiful clothing you get hit by an extra customs bill before delivery (£11.50 for mine)
The necklace I ordered was broken on arrival and the dress has a hole in the pocket as it was poorly sewn.
Rotita did reply to my complaint with "can you just keep the item, we can offer you some compensation to your store credit?" When I asked for compensation to my PayPal as I wasn't that keen to reorder with them they stopped communicating.
Won't be using again
UPDATE: still no compensation for defective goods. Blocked by Rotita from commenting or messaging on their Facebook page. No further communication.
Lesson learnt... buy expensive rubbish from Rotita and don't expect any customer service.
This company really is the worst.
Ordered a top, it finally arrived, and realized it was shipped from CHINA! Too small, the material was very rough, rougher than burlap! They actually wanted me to take pictures of the top -- why? It doesn't match what's on their site! They should know that! Only will refund 60% -- recommended I donate it or 're-gift' it! I wouldn't send to my worst enemy!
If the rating could be a -5 that is what I would give this business but i guess a 1 will have to do because this is the biggest scam ive seen so far dont give these people your money. They tell you it takes a week to process your order and over a month to deliver absolutely nothing and blames it on customs for the delay and the disapperance of your order. When you finally get in contact with somebody they take 3 days per response only to inform you that it shld be another 2 weeks for your package to arrive.And they refuse to refund your money so if you buy something u are SOL so PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME with these SCAM ARTIST.
I ordered a dress which took 3 weeks to arrive ( didn't know it was coming from China!) Terrible quality. Colour and size was nothing like the website photo. One sleeve longer than the other. Really cheap and nasty - even for a low cost outlet. When I asked for a full refund, as promised for faulty goods on their website, they offered me 20%, plus said I would have to pay for shipping back to China. I obviously refused. Now they have offered me 35% and told me to keep the item! These people are not a legitimate business. Please avoid at all costs.

Guys do not buy! NO! It is the worst thing I have come across online. Qualty is awful. Really nothing like the pictures. Sizes are tinny and I promise you I am a normal size woman. I am a medium and their XL is extratinny on me. But also looks awful. Item arrived damaged and they do not want to give me a refund! Returns? Guys you need to pay return fees on your expenses... and. It is not to Europe! All items are from China! What a trap I fell into!

Their clothing is made in China, sized way too small and the quality is not like you see in the photos. It's cheap, ill fitting and horrible. And they only give a 60% refund.
TOTAL RIPOFF. Shipping took way longer than told. Clothes arrived TOTAL junk. Made with two different shades of material poorly stitched together. Not even close to size. Tried to return and was told I would only get a 40% refund. This is obviously a manufacturer defect all the way but refused to accept return. Worthless garbage.

Rotita is a sister company of Modlily, if not simply another name. I think their ads appear under a third and possibly even more names. They use Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest to promote their "clothing line" and free shipping. Finding a real address for them is difficult. Some other complaints I have read say the clothes come from Bejing. I regret foolishly ordering without any investigation. They took the payment money from me the same day I placed an order. I never received a confirmation email. I did receive a notice of shipping, but 6 weeks later nothing has arrived. Be cautious, in ways I regretfully was not.
5 weeks after order, delivery still not received. Parcel stuck at customs in the U. K because Rotita massively undervalued the parcel at $20 when in actual fact it was £185. Customs have already flagged Rotita as a vendor with mis-practice so let this be a warning to all customers ordering from the UK. Rotita-You shouldn't be doing this. As a resident of the UK I am happy to pay the right amount of duty on goods received And you have an obligation to put the correct amount on the parcel. You should also be detailing this when someone purchases so there is full transparency. This is rotten customer service.

Hi I ordered a coat after 3weeks 2 coats arrived from address in Middlesex never seen anything like it stiching coming undone long at front. Short at back no invoice phoned them didn't get back to me so sent them back to address on package then told its wrong got to send them to china after they had been delivered still no refund and cost me with postage £75 plus
Ordered a coat on 11/13 - on 11/19 it hadn't shipped, even though it said 2-3 business days. I inquired. They said it was out of stock, and it would be 3-5 days. Waited until 2/24 - still out of stock - needed another 2-3 days to restock. Checked in on 11/29. Still not shipped. Told them I was going to report their site if they didn't issue immediate refund. 12/1 - told it would be $3 to cancel item. Told them if they didn't refund 100% I would light up the Internet with the details of this scam. They said they'd refund 100%, that it would take 2-3 days. Still haven't seen it, but giving them till Tuesday. Horrible, horrible scam. I feel like such an idiot for falling for it. Never again.
Received a tracking number after complaining and tried to track the item and it says that that tracking number does not exist. I will be notifying pay-pal also.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
