I ordered a dress from here. When the dress came it was nothing at all like the pictures infact was a jumper and not a dress. The material is cheap and nasty rubbish and the quality of the workmanship is even worse. The garment came with holes in and a full hem dropping down. The company are offering a 20% refund or a 60% refund if I return it and I have to pay shipping and import tax. Disgusting when the item is faulty. You would be better off to burn your wad of £5 notes on the fire than buy anything at all from here!
Ordered a jacket from this site. No one sea it was out of Shanghai. Two weeks for delivery. Communication all text. No phone. No packaging for return.
Just like everyone else is saying... It took over a month to get my dresses and when they arrived, they were at least 2 sizes to small. When I ordered, I looked at the size charts and even went up a size. I loved the style and look of the dresses and haven't been able to find anything like them in stores or online anywhere else, so I took a chance. Big mistake!
They have taken payment and provided no order confirmation. The order also is not on the "my account " section of the site.

I ordered 3 items off of Rotita. My payment went through and afterwards I received an email that one was out of stock and that I had a credit in the store. I checked and it was there, but didn't really find anything else I wanted so didn't use it right away.
My items arrived and one was the correct size, the other is child sized. If we hemmed the sleeves it would fit my 4 yr old niece. I ordered a women's XL, so there is quite a disparity. I have been going back and forth with the company for a week with them telling me that it's not worth it to return it and refusing even half of a refund. This is by far the worst customer service, and the quality of the products is shoddy even if you get the right size. Don't waste your time or money
Do not order from rotita more like ROTHEIFTA ever! There clothes come nothing like the pictures, the texture is completely different I ordered something that was of MAUVE color & got a pepto bismo looking $#*! dress! And on top it took a whole month and a week for my order to come in! Oh & don't forget they WRITE there own REVIEWS on the website, you can tell! It's all " Them clothes sexy on me" like seriously? #RANT OVER
Very poor quality and sizing is totally inaccurate. Ordered a jacket it did not fit. Tried to return it, was offered $5 store credit and told I was better off keeping it. I paid $40 got the jacket. Then was told if I returned it I would have to pay the shipping back to China and then they would refund only 60% of what I paid. I would never order from this company again. I wish I would have read these reviews before I did.
Bought what I thought was a dress but turned up as. Skirt top and belt, the material is cheap and the sizing measurements were very different to what I received, tried to resolve the issues through Paypal but this company te awful and responding. Customer service is shocking and they make no attempt to tell the truth or to help

I ordered a dress on 9/30. The dressed shipped on 10/11 and I just received it today. The package was soaking wet inside & out! I took pictures and emailed customer service. No response yet. The dress looks nothing like the dress I ordered from the site! I have pretty much just wasted $24. I had to wash the dress so it wouldn't mildew because I refuse to pay shipping to send it back to China! I am beyond livid.
Love the look and the quality of corset, although the size was waaaay to shall. I even followed their size chart. Size S cross references a 35" bust. Considering I'm a 34", I figured this would be perfect. NOT! =0( I advised them of this and they asked me if I had measured myself and if I had somebody I could give it to. I'm in the midst of trying to have them refund me my $ and pay for returning the item. Today I let them know that I would buy another one ( bigger size) and I would spread a word about them if they came thru with my requests. Haven't heard back yet, but I'll keep U guys posted.
I paid for fast delivery so I could get my dress before a trip. After waiting and waiting no package came. The website said preparing for shipment. When I did a ticket they said too many orders and not enough product. Yet they sold it to me and took my money. After many tickets to them I still have no delivery and no refund. One star was required! They should have negative stars for this one! Size accuracy, quality of garments and customer service are all seriously lacking! Their size chart states that an XL is 42" bust. That is not true it is more like 36". I ordered 4 dresses none of which I can wear. The fabric on one is a very cheap cotton, although it looked nice enough for the office online. On another the fabric belt arrived with a tear in it. I was supposed to have next day shipping; it took over a week for my stuff to ship. This company is a total waste of time and money. Do not buy from them or you will be disappointed!
I will never order from this site. I made an order in September and as of today I have not received my merchandise that I wanted to use on a cruise. I went to the cruise, came back from the cruise and the merchandise still in the "air"? They have lost a customer and my word will be spread on every social media account I have.

This firm should not be allowed to trade. I have wasted £30 on a jacket which arrived finally after numerous emails to them. The jacket came bundled in a small plastic pouch and resembled a floor cloth. It wasn't even folded just bunched into the bag. The quality is utter rubbish and certainly not worth £30. I am not going to even attempt a refund as the hassle I have had with them I can't commit my time to them. I am putting it down to a bad online purchase but would want to warn everyone, don't deal with them.!

After ordering my items on 01/10/2016 (Australia), they did not actually send out my order until 24/10/2016. That's almost a month, AND that's after I informed them that I wanted to wear one of their dresses to my cousins wedding, which I was leaving for on the 27/10. The first attempted delivery by TOLL/DPEX (delivered second try) was on the 28/10, after I had already left. Great job guys.
When I have finally received my freight, on the 02/11/16, I find that even though I used their size chart and MEASURED myself to make sure I had the correct sizes, the arm holes are tiny, and I don't fit into the dresses I bought, and I made sure that I bought large ones so that I would fit, good thing that I didn't get it before the wedding, hey?
I will NEVER buy from Rotita again.

Before I ordered and did some research on this company. They are located in Shanghai China! Why make things complicated for yourselves? Order in this country!

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
