I wish I could give -0- stars. I received the wrong item. Requested a return without having to pay the return postage. The rep sent me a prepaid postage label. However, when I received my refund, it was less the $9.99. So I paid $9.99 for the original shipment that was incorrect and another $9.99 to return the incorrect item. After about 10 emails back and forth because they didn't seem to understand my issue, I was offered either a credit (which I would never use - not buying from them again) or half the postage refunded. Not satisfied at all.
