My dress did arrive (unlike some reviews) but the size was 3 sizes smaller than the size chart (I measured everything). The material was really poor quality and the colours of the panels varied so it looked really odd. There is no way of contacting the site - you just go round in circles with it saying your details are incorrect (even for a password reset) - it is very cheap but when you receive something unusable it becomes just a waste of money.

Awful. Cheap and nasty. Paid for express delivery. It arrived three weeks after. I have never known anything like it. No paperwork to return the garment. Non committal response to challenge. Waste of over £30. Have now been sent a further bill for by TNT for £30.39 for import duty. So I have wasted over £60. Please do not be conned. They should be struck off. Have threatened them with Watchdog. Now have overall rated them at five stars. Another scam.

Only the vaguest resemblance to the photos, terrible fabric and construction, and poor sizing: I can't even get into one of the items.

It says it all, when I put "Poor quality" when opening the ticket, it said "considering the low price, some customers have too high expectations".

I ordered 4 dresses from this company. They arrived and did not look anything like the picture. The quality was so poor, material was like a piece of cardboard.

The goods have been returned and I must have written about over 100 emails. Keep getting the same stupid standard replies and I am so frustrated now.

They have not yet given me a refund and it has now been 2 months of me chasing them for it. THEY ARE THIEFS AND HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AT ALL. THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND WILL RUN YOU TO THE GROUND IN TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

Totally disgusted that people will stoop this low. I work hard for my money and the things I had ordered had been for Christmas presents. I am so upset that I got fooled by this bunch of thiefs.

P.s. Not sure why people have written some good reviews about this company, it must be their own staff doing it in order to trap people to order from them.

The photo depicting this sweater was a nice bright yellow. The sweater arrived and I wanted to cry! It is puke brown! I am so tired of getting ripped off by Chinese businesses! It will cost me a fortune to send this back and it is too much money to insure it so who knows if it gets to you or not. NEVER AGAIN and I will let everyone I know how you operate!
I have tried at least six times to upload photos and I am a photography instructor. It is not possible!
Buyers BEWARE!

Ordered 3 dresses at a cost of 100. When I received them the quality was extremely poor, looked nothing like the pictures and we're just badly made. Returned goods to China and 2 months later and many emails back and forth I still have not received back my pathetic 60% refund and doubt I ever will. This company is a fraud and I would warn anyone who thinks of buying something online from them to not bother. You'll end up just throwing money away.

I ordered two items and paid extra shipping to receive in 2-3 business days. THREE WEEKS later they arrive. The dress is an XL and would fit a 10 year old anorexic. And the shirt is some awful variation that no one should wear and also made for someone that is a size 0. The size chart is incorrect, the colors are suggestive at best. Tried to contact, but have been ignored. This is a company in China that is stealing real pictures and then making knock offs to look like them.

Terrible place to buy, is like give away you money for free. Service terrible quality terrible, they sent the wrong item and they want i return and pay for shipping and also even were they made they mistake they only want to give you back 60% as you can see is not good idea to buy. They are in China and they don't let you know that because they know we won't buy as we know the quality is not good.
