If I could give them 0 starts I would. I ordered jean jacket, looks nothing like picture and there is literary not even a label on it. I read return policy before purchasing and it said you can return and just pay for the return shipping - it didn't say I would have to ship to China and it would cost more then a jacket. $36 thrown away, would never buy again and would not recommend to anyone.
I ordered and paid for a dress advertised by this company on Facebook. It was some time ago and has not yet arrived even taking into account the delays caused by the Chinese new year. They tell me I have a 'ticket pending' but I have to repeat the order number. Surely they have it already? Stay away from this site, it is a complete scam. Facebook should not host these ads from Chinese dress companies without much stricter vetting.
How I wish that I had looked at these reviews before I sent my cash. The dress that arrived was not the size that I ordered as evidenced by the label and was therefore too small. The company should therefore pay for the return but I have spent all day trying to get even a return address from them, The invoice on the front of the packet shows a partial address in Hong Kong but the parcel was posted in Germany. The whole thing looks very fishy and I think that I have probably lost my £20
I ordered a dress size 4xl. It was allegedly size 26... more like size16. Having read other reviews about sending undersized garments back to china I will have to donate to a charity shop.
On the 18th November, 2016 I placed an order with Rotita for a swimming costume and paid with my visa card. At the time or ordering I wrote down the order number which showed on the screen. I did not receive a confirmation email from Rotita or a receipt or invoice. When the goods had not arrived by the 12th December, 2016 I commenced emailing Rotita asking confirmation of despatch and for the Receipt/Invoice.
I have now emailed Rotita 25 times to no avail. Still have not received any paperwork, the goods or a refund.
The 18 replies I have received from Rotita are single lined replies saying:-

Can you wait one more week
Can you go and look at your local post office
Could you agree to 60% refund
And finally - the last email - Do you still want to return the goods (THAT I NEVER RECEIVED!)
Almost three months and still no goods, no refund and no answer to my emails.
I purchased two sweatshirts from this company and did so based on the sizing chart provided. They claimed they were US sizes. When I received the items they did not fit. When I tried to return them I was told that I would need to pay for the postage back to China ($150!) in order to receive a refund. I will never, ever purchase from this company again. Ever.
Received items quickly despite coming from China (which isn't clear from the website). Shoddy quality with cheap fabric- looked nothing like the website photos. Unable to open dispute on site as they make the process difficult. Finally after contacting through various mediums including Facebook (but they delete all the negative comments from their page just as they add false positive comments and reviews) I received a reply. They refused full trying offering me a measly 15% OR a return to China which would cost as much as the items! Unhelpful and dishonest. I managed to get full refund from Paypal thankfully! Don't buy from this moronic company.
I ordered an XL and it didnt even fit my granddaughter who is a size 10. Sizes run exceptionally small. Tried to return and they make you go through a hassle. Costs more to return to China than the whole thing cost. Stay away from them and from Zulily as well. Same company, same lack of service.
Very poor communication. It took over a month to get my merchandise. I had to open a Paypal case. Product runs 2 sizes smaller than traditional US sizes. Will never order from them again.
Ordered one dress 12/3/2016, paid for 12/5/2016. It's January 30,2017 and still not received. Would have given a negative 5 stars if possible. To track a shipment you have to download some suspicious software, from some random company. BUY FROM AMAZON.

Like many of the customers, I ordered 2 dresses, one which was listed as "knee length" on the website, and one which was shorter, and I planned to wear with leggings. When they arrived (over a month later) the knee length one was not even long enough to cover my butt, and the shorter one had a broken zipper. I contacted customer service and were of no help. After 2 months of headache, I was able to recover 16 of my 48 dollars through PayPal, but now I have 2 unwearable dresses. This place is a TOTAL SCAM. Don't order from them!
Do not deal with this company. Bought dresses from them, turned out to be like sacks when they finally appeared, wrapped in bin bags. Sent them back in the original packaging (bin bags) but cannot get a refund or make coherent contact. The worst online experience ever, they have ripped me off and stollen my money. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS.
These clothes are cheap and don't fit. They come from china and take a month to delivery. They say it's a free refund but the site says 60% refundable. Don't get suckered.
Bought a dress size L (based on their size chart) for a uk 12-14. It arrived fine. Isn't terribly bad quality for something cheap. Not great though. Buttons loose etc. But would only fit someone size 8. Asked to return for a refund as it says on their site is fine, but was told in a very hard to understand reply, not to bother as it would cost me so much and take so long, so basically no, no return address given, no further responses.
Ordered two dresses to wear with leggings. They look like sackcloth so and the quality is really poor. I don't know where to send the goods back to and I am £39 out of pocket!

I saw the ad on Facebook.
I carefully measured myself and used the size charts for each style. For one style, I even order 3XL (although I normally wear an XL).
I foolishly ordered 3 items.
I cannot even put them on. All have arms which are very tight. There were no measurements provided for the arm width of the styles which I ordered.
I told them that the clothes did not fit and have received two emails (to which there is no way of replying) asking me if I had measured before ordering.
I have not received a return address.
I ordered a dress in my usual size, sadly it does not fit and now I would like to return it and get a refund. Sadly, the contact line does not accept my order no and I can find nowhere how to contact them. This is the worst experience since I have ordered articles online. There was no invoice nor a note to tell me how I could return the dress and i cannot contact anyone. Terrible service and i feel this is not acceptable.
The top are not the true size that I would get. I first ordered a large and it fit like a small so I ordered another one in a large and the fit like a medium. I alway wear a medium top. So if you order this top get two sizes larger. It looks like a cheap top! Never will I order from them again. They didn't sent a return order form so know I'm trying to get the rreturn address
Ordered an item from this company, it took 2 - 3 weeks for delivery, when it arrived it was of poor quality and did not fit. There was no paperwork with the item and when I went on the website there was no help there with obtaining a return address. Delaying tactics, measure the garment sleeves! I just want an address to return the garment and get a refund. Having looked at other reviews it would seem that I will be very lucky indeed to get a refund. This company should be investigated, it is violating its returns policy. Do not use them.

Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
