I order online all of the time and I wish I had read reviews before I ordered from Rotita. The quality of the items that I ordered were unfit to wear in public! I ordered a sweater and it looked as if someone had washed it, sent it back to the company and then they sent it to me. It was out of shape and seemed to have shrunk in some areas and stretched in other areas. I don't know how they stay in business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Poor quality item. No invoice or any paperwork sent with the goods. Impossible to return and I have resigned myself to losing my money. They even had the audacity to suggest a might donate the jacket I bought to charity! Actually that is exactly what I will do as to send it back to China, even if they would give me the address, simply would not be feasible.

Rubbish quality, not cut the same as picture, more like a sack than a swinging voluminous dress. I ordered the right size but to get one that looked even remotely like the picture I would have had to order two and sew them together.
Tried to get a refund... Huh... you pay their postage, their admin expenses, your own postage back to China and then you only get 60% of the value to start with. They even say its not worth your while themselves! Wasted money, I'll use the two items as floor clothes. DONT TOUCH THEM

These items are clearly fake, of very substandard quality and NOT as shown in the pictures. Despite being entirely unaware that they are coming from China - it appears to be a UK company, they take at least a month to arrive before you can do anything about it.

This was the worst online experience I have had for a very long time. An ad popped up with attractive looking clothes and I fell for it. I ordered three items in early January and they did not arrive until nearly the end of February. The money was debited on my credit card immediately I ordered. They make it very hard to contact them and almost impossible to return the items. They dock 60% anyway and then tell you that you have to return the items to China. They offered me a 10USD credit against my next purchase. I told them there was no chance I would be making another purchase and that I am a very dissatisfied customer. Appalling service.

Based on the cheap quality of the items I received, I'm imagining slave laborers in a dingy Chinese factory. Everything ran very small and smelled of chemicals. They make it impossible to return items. There was no packing slip or return form and no information on their website other than to get "authorization" from customer service for any returns. Of course there was no way to reach customer service or download a form - and if there was, you'd have to ship it to Shanghai. AVOID!

I ordered what appeared to be a very nice blue layered dress. It took over a month to arrive{ from China!} it was not as depicted on the website no fullness in the layers and the two halves are different blues. It also drags on the ground so I will have to alter it and is altogether of very poor quality. I wish I had found these reviews before would have not ordered at all. Someone should shut this company down

I would like to start with something good, they at least responded in a timely manner to my e-mail. Otherwise, all bad experiences. I received two coats, that were of poor quality, and the sizing is skewed in favor of smaller sizes. When I wanted to return them, I was told that I would have to pay shipping, somewhat fair, excpt that it is being shipped overseas. Then they would only refund 60% of what I paid. They also encouraged me to not send my items back due to the low reimbursement payout (so they are aware of that, admittedly). Their alternative was to not have me return the items, and give me 20% to spend with them, now that is a JOKE! I would never do business with them again, and I would recommend anyone stay away from them. Poor Quality and poor return policy equals me never shopping there again!

I was about to place a very large order on several items including accessories but decided to read the reviews 1st. Well thank God I did! I will NOT be ordering anything at all. This site has more negative reviews than positive ones. Every bad lesson doesn't need to be learned by experience, especially when it comes to spending hard earned money. My question is why hasn't someone reported this company to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU? They should be SHUT DOWN PERMENANTLY!

This company is absolutely appalling. I wish I had seen the reviews before buying. Dress took over one month to arrive and was way too big - nothing like the sizes they quote. Wish I'd seen this review site before buying. I was going to return it and ask for a refund, but from what people say it's almost an impossible task. Why can't the ASA do something about this company?!

I don't know what to make of this company. I can't tell if they are appalling at business or deliberately obstructive. My story is similar to many others - ordered the goods, the money was collected by them immediately but no sign of any goods although the same outfits were and still are being advertised. They say it takes about 3-4 days to ship the goods out. A month later - nothing and no help offered by Rotita. Their site is difficult to navigate, try finding a button to press saying refund! I asked them for a refund or receipt of the goods, the request was ignored. So I appealed to PayPal to get my money back which they did very quickly. My advice is to avoid Rotita.

I order a dress that looked beautiful online. The item took almost a month to arrive and for a long period of time I was unable to track the package and determine arrival date. When the dress arrived it was so long it dragged on the floor and I am above average height. I had to shorten the dress which is of very poor quality fabric. The fit is snug and not generous as you would expect when ordering two sizes larger. I ordered up two sizes since I knew the dress ran small and it is still tight on top while loose at the bottom. Wish I had found this review site before ordering!

My daughter ordered a layered dress for me for christmas from Rotita. I wanted it in blue. She placed the order and paid for expedited shipping. It didn't arrive by christmas even with extra shipping fees. It actually took 51 days for it to arrive at my house where she had direct shipped it to. 51 days! She had to buy me something locally since it didn't arrive on time. When the dress did get to my house i opened it to discover that the two layers were 2 different colors! A dark purple and a dark blue. They do not go well together and i knew i would never wear it. I sent in a ticket explaining the mistake with pictures to prove what i was saying. They wrote me back saying that it wasn't a mistake but how the dress was meant to look. Now, in every picture i have seen of this dress in advertisement after advertisement all the dresses of this style were two layers of the same exact color, none of them were made with two colors. They come in many different colors but none of them were purple, yet this dress was the correct shade of blue and purple too. Ugly. They tried to tell me that it was two shades of the same color. That is just false. What they offered me wasn't a refund and wasn't a new dress but rather a 15% store credit on my next purchase. Next purchase? I won't be buying anything else from them plus i intend to write bad reviews every place i can. 15% credit only amounts to about $5. $5 for a dress i paid almost $40 for with the expedited shipping. Terrible company terrible customer service.

DO NOT get on this website to buy clothes;; It is so bad, so bad...
The sweater is unfit, wrong color, faded, the sewing 1/2 done... not the same style etc...
I cannot say enough bad things about the order... It took a month and a 1/2 to get to me. When it said 1 week. Never again... Never again.
I am warning everybody...

The clothes I received were not as great as the website showed. One item was slightly puckered. Neither item looked good on me so I decided to return them thinking that this would be simple as online clothes shopping should facilitate this. Belatedly I discovered from Rotita's Returns and Refunds policy that they will only return 40% of your payment to cover their shipping costs although they advertise free shipping worldwide.
I tried to contact to contact Customer Service which can only be achieved by their website service and received this reply by a No Reply email

"You can send back, but you need to pay for the shipping fee back if return, which is expensive, because its returned to China. I think it is not worthy and troublesome. So we suggest you keep the order, and if you really cannot wear it, you can sell it online or send it to someone as a gift. If you trust me, I can apply some compensation for u to make up your loss, do you agree?" Since when I have received no further contact in reply to my email inquiring about the compensation mentioned!
This company makes communication extremely difficult, probably to spin the time out for returns. My advice is don't deal with them! Customer Service does not exist!

Why do you not return, directly to the customer, the money you took on unsupplied items?
I ordered the dresses, on January 21st, they did not arrive, I have not had my money back despite several requests to the company to return the money directly to me.

First I was surprised it was from China. I am totally disgusted - the item arrived badly creased, due to a couldn't care less packaging for shipping method. Then the fun starts, the item had a very obvious manufacturing fault on the front of the garment, proving their couldn't care less attitude continues, they obviously did not check the item. (or do they buy defective seconds?) I sent photographs, a close up of the defect and one photo of the front of the garment to show the location. They did respond, but had the audacity to offer 20% discount - having the information I had sent they should have offered 100% refund, the item cannot be worn, so of no value whatsoever. I responded, they offered to accept return, BUT EXPECTED ME TO PAY FOR THE RETURN!
Looking at the web blogs ( wish I had looked before buying) - they seem to be probably the worst Company in existence
