I ordered two items, a top and a dress at a cost of £45 - they took weeks to arrive. And the quality is awful. The neckline on the dress does not sit right as it's made wonky. The arms on the top are tight and the pockets are far too high. I can't wear either item! I contacted Rotita who offered 20percent refund and suggested I sell the items on. I responded that I wouldn't open myself up to complaints by selling the garments and said I wanted to return the items. They have now said that if I send the items back registered post they will refund me 60percent. I have also realised that they are based in Shanghai in China so I probably won't bother.

Dreadful Products and even worse customer service. If you are prepared to flush to your money down the loo - then do it now before you order from rotita. I ordered a dress, it was way too small and they will not exchange or refund it. They continued to offer me a 30% refund for a while or told me to sell it! I persisted in asking for full refund when I returned it. Now they do not reply to me at all. Complete Crooks!

Their site looks American. Actually Chinese. They make it impossible to return! Such a scam. Even shipping says 3-5 days. Takes weeks. No customer service. Do not. I repeat. Do not order from them!

I ordered a ladies top. It arrived (from China!) badly packed so very creased. The quality of the fabric is very poor as is the workmanship & finish. Long wiry transparent threads hanging from the hem. No invoice, etc.
I am trying to negotiate refund via PayPal. Rotita have offered 60% state I must pay postage registered return. A charity shop wouldn't get £2 for this top. I am furious but hope that PayPal can resolve this.

It took Rotita 6 weeks to deliver a "navy blue" maxi dress. When the order arrived, the dress proved to be half purple and half cobalt blue. Given the low price I was expecting it to be cheap fabric badly made. But it exceeded my expectations by being not just the wrong colour, but two wrong colours. They do have a customer support system. So far they say: "We checked with our product department, they confirmed that the top part of item is slightly different from the bottom part, it is the correct item." It's atrocious.

Why so negative?

I always check these review sites because let's all get real, nobody wants to be scammed. Honestly though, I won't go to cupshe or wish because they just take money and never send anything. I used Rotita once. I ordered this black and white and red striped dress and it's probably the best online purchase I made. It was cheap, well made, and it came in about mmm 2 weeks? Seriously, I would recommend this site.

I purchased 3 swimsuits from Rotita, and didn't even bother trying two of them on because the first one was such poor quality and fit terribly. There wasn't an invoice in the package, and there's no return address on their website. The return address on the package is a Chinese address. I tried contacting them by leaving a msg. On their website but haven't heard back. I'm out $80. BUYER BEWARE!

I bought the ' Patchwork Long Sleeve Pocket Design Black Sweater Dress' from this website. It was the worst dress ever. I wrote a review on it and it was almost immediately rejected by the website. No wonder all the reviews you see on the website are good, because they do not publish bad reviews. So here is my review:
'This dress is made of polyester not cotton. The moment I put it on, static electricity was generated on my hair and body. The material looks very cheap, shiny, and it clings to the body. It was poorly made, the stitches are untidy, the worst dress I have ever bought. I felt like I was wearing a black bin bag. I will not recommend this dress to anyone.' I agree with many other reviewers here that this is a scam. Rotita is a scam and its website should be taken down!

I absolutely hate this website. I think it should be taken down. I brought items it came two months later. The items did not fit. I truly believe it took so long to get here is because they put these horrible fabrics together when u order them. It's something my daughter could have made on her learners sewing machine. U don't have to believe me but don't get bamboozled like I did.

This is the worst online clothing store. How can I get my $240.00 back. I cannot wear any of the items I purchased and when I contacted them they tell me to sell my items or give them away as gifts. Unbelievable!

This sight promises one thing and delivers nothing. Says 2 to 3 days delivery, still waiting 2 weeks later. Can not get a hold of anyone. No good phone number, no responses to any of the emails. Charged my account within 48 hour off order. This company is a rip of, stay clear.

I ordered a two-tiered cotton dress on 1st February, arrived today 6th March, after five weeks. No sensible response to my enquiries, except to say it was being shipped, then out of stock, then shipped, then "being made". The dress has arrived today, and it is awful... absolutely huge, the top and the bottom in two different colour and fabrics: I wouldn't be seen dead in it! Returns hopeless, have to ship back to China at my own expense, to receive a 40% refund (the rest for their "costs") - I won't bother, just write this off to experience. I should have known better...

PLEASE do not buy anything from ROTITA, the outfit advertising a lot on the facebook.
Some of their stuff looks OK and seems reasonably priced.
What you get does not resemble the photograph in any shape or form. When you are buying, you are told that you can easily return items within 28 days for the refund.
In practice, it takes ages to get out of them return address, which turns out to be in Shanghai AND you are told that you will only receive 60% of what you paid. The rest is deducted for their expenses!

DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGEPOLE!

The dress I bought IS NOT the dress I was sent. What I received is such poor quality, I would be embarassd to give to charity. You have been warned!

The only super fast thing this company can do is take your money! After that you are on your own. They are a disgrace and should be put out of business. The stress they put you through! Please anybody reading this do not order from this company! It is disgusting the way they treat customers! Urhh hate them!

I had ordered the bluejean coat with Shera lining over 4 months ago, and have literally given up on getting my merchandise or my money back! I will never order from them or their associates again. I tried and tried to call, write messages, etc... but to no avail. Please do not fall for any of their advertising. They will take your money but send you nothing.

Ordered two tops, they arrived, but were nothing like pictured. No invoice or return address. Tried to contact customer service, after many times trying, finally got to ask for address to return goods and my money back. They came up with lots of excuses which did not make sense--pigeon English. As I had paid via PAYPAL I informed them. I was told to leave things 28 days and if there was no satisfactory solution from ROTITA to get back to them. Never heard from ROTITA, so got back to PAYPAL. I did not hold out on much hope of getting my money back, but with the help of PAYPAL I did finally get my money refunded. Will never be buying from them again.

They are the worst web site I have ever dealt with. Bought 3 items-big mistake. Wrong sizes, badly made, cheap and nasty fabric. Sent e/mail to Company and same e/mail in parcel.The goods had no details in the bag but there was a label on the Royal Mail Uk label-MR HU CNE, UNIT 3 SKYPORT TRADE PARK, HARMONDSWORTH, MIDDLESEX. HERMES courier delivered them back with no problem. Recieved e/mail to say they did not take back returns and to sell then on E? BAY!
After 6 more e/mails finally offered me 20% back-I refused. Another 3 e/mails then offered 50 % of whicch I refused! Stll fighting for my money since January and will continue for all the people who have lost thousands of pound. The latest is they say they do not have a warehouse in UK so how come this address was on the parce!
