They have a ridiculous return policy requiring you to pay shipping to China!
Would absolutely stay away. They vary the name, but the same poor customer service.

This is another example of the company also known as LuLuGal. Go check the reviews on that company. They are in China and everything about them is bad news. They take your money and send you cheap products. They will only refund your money if you pay to ship it back to China. Their customer service is a joke, virtually non-existent. If you write a negative comment on their Facebook ads, they block you. I fought with them through PayPal and lost my case. I made a complaint against them with PayPal and econsumer.gov. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bought a top which after a month hadnt returned opened a pay pal complaint then it eventually arrived quality was so poor its actually unwearable, mailed the company many times but the do not accept return

I ordered a cardigan from Rotita which looked beautiful on their website. When it arrived it was much shorter than it looked in the photograph and the cardigan did not fit me, even though I had followed their sizing chart for the UK when ordering. I tried to get a refund but they offered a 20% compensation instead as the cost of postage back to China is so expensive! I am now left with a cardigan of very poor quality, which doesn't fit and its cost me £24! Never will I buy from them again. They must be making a fortune out of people.

The dress is made of 2 different fabrics. Even the style does not match. I told them this was not the dress I ordered. They told me that there is a "slight" difference between the top and bottom part of the dress.
I wanted to return but their refund policy is %60 of price and you have pay for shipping to China. I didn't trust them I have doubts they even return %60.
I just let it go, but beware, don't buy anything from this website.

Stay Away!

Man, I wish I had looked at some reviews before I got seduced by the beautiful pictures!

Here is exactly what I wrote in my email to Rotita:

I got my order today and I am livid. The ONE dress that fits, you sent in the WRONG colour. Not even close to what I ordered. And btw, they look so much nicer in the ads. These are made so badly, horrible - the sleeves aren't even the same length!

The other dress which is the SAME SIZE I can barely get on. HOW DO YOU MESS UP so badly? Both are loose-fitting Size XXL and I USED YOUR SIZE GUIDE -- AND went up a size.

The bathing suit I am scared to try on because I am so upset by the rest of the order and frankly it looks way too big. I think I'm screwed...

I am going to tell EVERYONE I KNOW on social media to never order from you EVER.

Thanks a lot. Rip-off site.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Not only inferior quality goods but unfinished items are sent out. I got a jacket with bias all around and the ends were still attached - completely unfinished garment. Also lots of threads still hanging in various places.

They don't accept returns easily. Even when faulty goods have to be sent back they expect the customer to pay for return postage which they will NOT refund AND the customer is expected to post to China (goods come from a UK address!).

Whatever the circumstances (mine is the unfinished jacket so not fit for purpose) they will only offer 60% refund despite the fact that their own returns policy states that full refunds will be given if goods are faulty.

The day after I sent the jacket back I received an E-mail offering me a 25% refund and to keep the jacket (which they had already signed for - I having sent it Recorded Delivery because by this time I didn't trust them to acknowledge receipt without).

My advice to all is to AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I am STILL fighting for my FULL refund.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION...

One of the Reviews on this site states that if you pay using PayPal that you get your refund without difficulty. This is not my experience. PLEASE be warned, simply do NOT buy from Rotita. There are many, many honourable catalogues out there from which you can purchase quality items by main and online.

Bought layered dress in taupe. Was 2 Shades of brown and was Inferior quality. Frayed at seams and completely Unwearable. Customer service doesn't exist. Do not buy from this website. So disappointed.

The worst, stay away... They will take forever to send you their item and if and when it finally comes, it's a VERY cheap version of what they advertise on their website.

There is no such thing as a return policy (no matter what they say) YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND FROM THEM

I ordered a dress using their sizing - and it is no way near correct. In contacted them to request a refund and a shipping return slip. Since it came from China it would be cost-prohibitive to return, so they gave me a 20% credit on another order. Frankly, I'm probably out the $27 I spent because I don't think I want to try and do business with them again.

This is a dreadful organisation and I cannot fatho how it is allowed to go on. There are literally thousands of dreadful reviews from unhappy customers but apart form venting their feelings there is no percussion for an organisation which is little more than appalling.

For whatever silly reason, I thought, that sites like Facebook, check their advertisers. That's where Rotita's add showed up & I, stupidly, clicked on it.
When the ordered dress arrived, it was of different material than what's stated on their site.
Of course, returning the item is out of the question as there is no easy way to contact Rotita and cost of shipping the thing back to China will be as much as what I paid for it.
Leaving review on their site is quite impossible as well: you have to be a registered user AND you have to buy an item as a registered user. If you bought the item as a guest, you cannot leave a review using just the order number. If you register, you cannot use the order number that is not associated with your newly registered ID.
This makes me think that most of the reviews on their site are fake.
Conclusion: I have been duped!

This company deserves ZERO stars. The website shows one thing and when item arrives, just like the other reviewers here, the item is NOT what was ordered. Rotita offers partial refund and you keep item. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Wish I'd read the reviews. Terrible company. Wish I'd known before I ordered this was a Chinese company. I'm disputing with paypal and my credit card company. ROTITA is a scam- DON'T BUY!

Everything the other reviewers say here is true. Wish I had read them before ordering! Have learnt the lesson not to trust reviews from a company's own website. The first time I have been scammed like this online. I will definitely be more vigilant in future.

Don't buy from Rotita

I wish I'd looked at these reviews before I ordered. The delivery took weeks, then the items were too small, very bad quality and even a different style and colour. They say satisfaction is their top quality but suggest I get my money back by selling it online 'for a great price.' I won't be scamming others as I have been scammed.

This company is running scam. The clothe they ship to you is totally different from their on-line post. Their customer service is also very bad. They ask you ship clothe back to China and you need pay expensive shipping fee. Or they suggest you to sell it on line by yourself. BAD company, Bad clothe and Bad service. When I leave negative feedback on their website, they immediately delete it. DON'T BUY FROM ROTITA.

Disgraceful company. Do not buy from them. Dreadful quality and sizing a joke and you won't get a refund. You can only contact them to purchase, you cannot possibly contact them if you want to complain or get refunded, there is no phone number or email working!

Thought I had found some lovely new clothes. When they arrived, some 7 weeks after ordering, they were of VERY poor quality, buttons falling off and stitching very poor. Returns policy is appalling, you have to return them to China at your expense, and if you're lucky, they'll give you a 60% return. It was even suggested I sell them online or donate them! I wouldn't use these as cleaning cloths, terrible scratchy material and they'll probably disintegrate if I wear them. If I had known they came from China, I would not have bought them. In future I'll check first.

The quality of the dress was not great but I would have tolerated that if it had not been several sizes too small. I had already ordered a size bigger than I thought I needed. It has proved impossible to return. Apart from their off putting conditions on returns postage and charges, I simply do not have an address and they have not responded to my requests for one.

Very bad quality

I ordered a dress turned up pretty quick but the quality is very poor loose cotton threads big ones plus a piece of odd material hanging from the bottom of the zip down to the hem. I'd say also 2-3 sizes to small.
I am so glad now there wasn't quite enough in my ppal to clear the transaction, so no payment sent if they want it back they can send me a prepaid bag and I'll willingly send it back.
