I have received my items from rotita.com. They have great quality, not to mention the great prices. That's what keeps me coming back. I have been more than pleased with the items I have received. I find the size charts to be very accurate as well as the items pictured. You just can't beat the prices. These same items bought at a high end boutique would be very pricey. Overall I must say I am more than pleased with the items I have received.

Sizing issues

They do not use american sizing, so even though they claim to sell plus sizes, the clothing does not follow. I would not be surprised if the dress I ordered was 3 sizes smaller than listed.

Normally, I would send it back, but it is not worth it to ship a 10 dollar dress to China! I will just take it to a woman's shelter and maybe someone there can use it.

I wish I had read reviews OFF their site - it's pumped up, you get crap, they make you pay shipping and get 60% back? So they can sell their crap again? Facebook should be ashamed! Stay away! I'm letting paypal deal with it.

Buyer beware

I made the mistake ordering without checking reviews. I was expecting something terrible after I realized I should have checked reviews BEFORE. The clothing doesn't look bad--I doubt it would last more than a season, though-- but it's is about 3 sizes too small. Lesson learned. I ordered from Lulugal, but their website says Liligal, now.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The product takes forever to get to you because if is coming from China. The product did not match in size even by their own size chart measurements. They sent me ONE earring and told me that is how it comes not in set of two. What? The shirts were see through and VERY POOR QUALITY>
They would not refund me they wanted to me to resell the items of give them away because they said it would cost too much to ship. They stated they would give me 15% on next purchase and 60% of the purchase price back because they would not refund the whole amount because they had to pay for shipping. This is FRAUD. I would not have bought from them if I knew this was coming from CHINA

I agree with all the negative Rotita victims, I bought a shirt and it was the wrong size so I tried contacting Rotita several times and no response. I guess I will never see a refund or even an exchange. Right now I would love to get my money back. STAY AWAY! FAR AWAY! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I hope laws are brought in to save customers dealing with companies like this... they are obviously making a fortune sending poor quality goods nothing like advertised and then only offering a 60% refund once the goods are returned at your cost... this is obviously so they can continue to send out the same garments again and again, a bit like homing pigeons!... what a scam... My dress arrived made from 2 different fabrics and colours and very poorly cut and finished... I am dealing with PayPal at the moment and they are upholding the refund but have asked for the goods to be returned at my cost... the postage to china will be more than 50% of the original cost... however, after telephoning PayPal they have agreed this is not right and will refund my payment in full without any return to China being required. Thank goodness.
Steer clear of Rotita and any other names they trade under.

Horrible

I purchased two dresses from this company and followed the sizing on the site. The package took almost 3 weeks to arrive. The dresses are beautiful if you are a size 6. I ordered 3X and I think they might be a medium to a large. The refund policy is horrible so not worth sending back to China. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Product completely not as described in colour, style and size. No information forthcoming as to how to return. Very poor quality and no practical assistance if you complain. My review on the site has not appeared - I find this suspicious. Would not use them again despite really nice pictures on the website. It looked too good to be true, and it was.

I made an order, but the order never came, Rotita explained that the parcel returned back. I suspect that the company did a mistake in the address the reason the parcel had been returned. And the refund of my money is only 60% for the mistake I never done. Why the customer is a victim? I am looking for a legal procedure to sue the company. Meantime, my advise is to never deal with Rotita.

I have been using rotita.com for over a year now. They are timely with their deals, and go out of their way to provide examples of how to best take advantage of the deals including my favorite - the subscribe and save posts! Unlike other deal sites they actually respond to comments and if I write in that I am looking for deals on something specific they keep their eyes out. I'm consistently impressed with how much stuff and how many deals this website brings to my attention. I'm a fan! Looking for savings? Look no further. - Great Deals, great service. Poor quality product. Ridiculous return policy: YOU pay postage to China to receive only 60 percent of purchase price after many step process. Alternate option is to receive a miniscule 15 percent credit for future purchase... NOT!

Stay away from this company! The clothes are sized badly, poor quality and turn out very expensive! They advertise 30 day easy returns which turns out to be absolute rubbish! They don't want you to return anything and only offer you 30% store credit as compensation. You have to pay return postage and as its China that's about £12 ( cheapest) and they offer 40% of original cost which is not worth bothering with! They probably wouldn't refund it anyway! Wish I'd seen all the bad reviews before I ordered, there is nothing on the site to warn you it comes from China and the returns policy is not easy to find! I would not give it any stars at all if there was an option!

A review of my transaction was posted earlier. It is consistent the many others' who have essentially identified as a shady predatory internet company --- the epitome of a gotcha operation.

I have a background in math (statistics) and survey work, and find the customer rating pattern shown for Rotita to be very dubious. Ask yourself when and where you ever saw a survey where 49% of those surveyed gave the LOWEST possible rating (one star), and another 42% gave Rotita the HIGHEST (five stars). Thats not how legit surveys turn out, with only 9% giving ratings of in the middle 2-3-4 categories.

Call me skeptical. But also call me experienced with data like this stuff.

The highlights of my experience with Rotita: (1) Order was not acknowledged by then, and no paperwork included with the package. (2) Delivery was 52 days. (3) Garment material not as described (chiffon), and size was not acceptable on either dress. (4) Full refund was denied. (5) Told me if I mailed back to China they would give me a 30% refund --- less than the postage cost --- or I could have taken a discount of 20% on a future order! (6) Suggested I donate the garments to charity -- Yes, they REALLY did.

I guess 400+ negative reviews was too much for them. Avoid this company at all costs. It's a scam for a poor-quality Chinese clothing company. They have shady policies and terrible customer service that doesn't speak English. I reported the to Pinterest's advertising after they wouldn't refund my money and now I see them on Pinterest advertising the same items as before under "Liligal.com."
