I am trying to get a reply from Rotita's customer service. The three items that I order do
Not fit. When I follow their website instructions on how to arrange a return, it is a dead end. The website is not recognizing my email/password; it is not recognizing my order number. When I try to reach them through an alternative email, I am getting no response.

I didn't mind waiting for the delivery; I do mind this terrible customer service, If I get a resolution to this problem, I will post an update but for now - stay away from this company

I recently placed an order for 5 items totaling nearly $140.00 and paid through Paypal. After the fact, I immediately went on line to see if there were reviews. I was horrified at what I read and within 30 minutes of placing my order I emailed the company to cancel it. Their ads were all over my computer. I thought the business was in the UK but when I placed the order it was coming from China. I'm sure its a sweat shop after reading may of the reviews. I had to escalate through Paypal and received multiple emails from them asking for an order number which I had already provided, to cancel my claim through Paypal which I did not do, would I accept $3.00 restocking fee on each of my items, and finally they offered me $34.00. I refused through Paypal and Paypal notified me within a couple of days that they had resolved in my favor and gave m a full refund.

I always remember the name Rotita because it make me know what is cheap and fine. I am a college student and I am not very rich. It's satisfactary to buy that clothes at that price.It's amazing, no amount of praise is not excessive.

I wasn't expecting anything too spectacular for the price, but I was shocked when I received the clothes, so perfect it is, I was really really satisfied with what I got, I will let my friends to go shopping here.

OMG is all I can say. I am very impressed with Rotita. Great price, great quality, great service, I was not looking for an expensive coat, so this serves my needs perfectly.

I haven't tried it on yet, but so far its the right size that I picked out and I can tell from the length and with of the package. It comes with buttons and pockets which is perfect. Thanks.

I am pretty satisfied about this order. Beautiful dress, beautiful color, so comfy and yet stylish. Dress it up or wear at the beach. Unfortunately I bought it in a large and it was baggy in the tummy area. So I gave it to my pregnant sister and she fell in love with it.

I usually shop in the physical stores, because l can try on the clothes and know whether they fit me. Sometimes the clothes bought online are either too small or too big. However, the size chart of your website works for me. From the chart, I can choose the right size.

Lili Gal refused to cancel my order when I realized they were a Chinese company. I requested to cancel because clothing made in China do not fit taller US women. When the shipment arrived I had paid $141 for what we in the US would consider petite sizing. No invoice was included with the order. At 175 cm tall they do to fit. The vendor refused to email me a mail label. They told me "sory we do ot have able." The next message stated "Hello We are deeply sorry to tell that you need to pay for the shipping fee if you want to make an exchange or return. It is not worth returning the goods due to the postage costs, right? What is more, you also need to wait a long time before we receive the package, about one month. As regards to the one you received, we suggest giving others as a gift or selling them on line. And we will give you some compensation if you keep them. Ok?" They also refused to give me an address to return the merchandise.

Do not do service with this company. There is no way to return items and they do not understand customer service.

The quality of these clothes is terrible. Really, really cheap, badly made, not as pictured, and the sizes are on the small side. My dress arrived ripped at the seam, and when I complained, they would only offer a store credit for the full amount (which I have yet to see), or a refund less 40% "restocking fee". Even though I quoted their return policy which states Full Refund. A store credit is not a refund.
